Best of the 3 chain hotels at which I have stayed in Manteca. Security is very important, since I travel alone, and they keep the lobby doors locked at all times - use your key or wait to be buzzed in. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good with hot options. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. My room was on the third floor, as far from the freeway as I could get, and it was very quiet.

Bed could use some kind of throw to provide extra warmth in the foot zone. The only major complaint I have is that there just was no hot water in the bathroom. The best I achieved was barely warm enough to take a shower. I was on the 3rd floor in an accessible room.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, ac worked great. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

The snack area was extremely thin and non appealing. The free breakfast was not appealing. The egg omelet was rubber and the sausage patties looked microwaved. Just not the best breakfast, will definitely dine out next time. Dining area was kept very clean and comfortable.

Nice Hotel! Very clean. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, keurig coffee machine and wonderful bedding The bathroom had lots of nice towels and all the necessities. a delicious hot breakfast is available in the morning!

No dislikes. Didn't use the pool or hot tube so no review of either.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like other than finding a laundry room which I didn't find.

This was my first time booking and paying for a hotel. For 2 nights it was about $350 (a discounted price) for a king suite. Only downside was that I wanted two beds and they only had a king size and then a sofa bed. But it still came with amazing features like a mini fridge, 2 flat screen TVs (one right in front each bed) that both said “good evening/morning” with my name on the screen! Idk about you but I thought it was really neat of them to add a little detail like that. And in the shower they had their shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in regular size squirt bottles, not those tiny little single-use ones. They also had tons of storage space (which makes sense since my room was meant for a family of 4), including a small closet. The A/C worked amazingly and was super easy to use, which is exactly what we needed in such a hot location. They also had a swimming pool and a hot tub that was kept very clean. The breakfast they had the next morning was very good and they were very thoughtful to those who may be vegan or lactose intolerant- they had soy milk and almond milk as alternatives. They also had orange juice, apple juice, and passion-fruit guava juice to offer as well as regular water. A neat little touch they added as well was to have ice cold lemon water right outside the elevator in the lobby for a refreshing drink. They also had a fitness room, but I didn’t have time to check it out during my stay. All-in-all it was a great comfortable stay. And their staff made it all the much better. They were kind, considerate, and never seemed fake-nice or like you were an inconvenience to them. Oh and they did a great job being considerate of COVID guidelines.

If I had to pick one thing I didn’t like, I guess it would have to be that I thought I was paying a lot for a bed and a half, when other hotels in the same area were about $100 cheaper for 2 queen size beds. But I still had a great stay.

The location was convenient to the freeway on our way from San Francisco to Yosemite/Tuolumne Meadows. Lots of restaurant choices in the area. The room was comfortable and equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave oven, and Keurig coffee machine. I am very impressed with the free full breakfast that Holiday Inn is able to offer at most but not all properties. Here they offered link sausages, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, and cheese omelets in addition to various breads for toast, muffins, instant oatmeal, cold cereals, and yogurt. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming.

Perhaps for security reasons, the front doors require key card access at all times. That felt weird to me.

Breakfast could use some improvements! That was really my only issue! The food that was prepared was pretty bad, taste and texture. And the plate of cinnamon rolls that got put out while we were getting our food, was still a bit frozen. We basically just ended up eating the packaged stuff, yogurt, and a piece of fruit. Lackluster to say the least! But everything else, room, staff, etc., were good!

It was near a lot of stores which some were walking distance. a variety of fast food restaurants which is a plus. pool area was amazing the gazebos really nice. pool area was very spacious.

Breakfast ok, ended up getting breakfast out of hotel, as not something i liked was served.

Wasn't crazy about what was offered for breakfast. Phone charger left in room plugged in next to bed, called morning after but not found, don't understand why it wouldn't have been found by housekeeping when cleaning the room. It was brand new, and called a few times after, and it was never found?
