The two rooms we booked were well designed, especially the accessible room with a roll-in shower. That room was particularly well suited to a senior with balance and back issues. The breakfast was better than most, with hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and do-it-yourself waffles. The women staffing the breakfast room took pride in keeping it clean and well-stocked. Many restaurants are close by, some within walking distance. Try Paulina's for Mexican food, and a super friendly waiter, two blocks away. The sofa in the regular room was actually comfortable to sit on, the bed was very comfy, and the room was fairly large.

The music speaker above the registration desk should be turned-off or the volume dropped substantially because it made hearing the desk clerk very difficult from behind the (Covid-19) plexiglass screen at the desk; my hearing is excellent but everything she said to me had to be repeated.

Super friendly staff, easy checkin and checkout. rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms stocked and good shower pressure. Bed was VERY comfortable and the blankets keep you as warm as you need. Excellent pillows! AC was strong and kept us cool and cozy, and the room stayed nice and dark with the curtains drawn. Breakfast had lots of solid options and i was satisfied every morning. Also, great local steak restaurant just across the street!!!

my one and only gripe: the light bulbs in the room were a harsher white lighting than i like, especially if you have to turn in a light after being in the dark. It’s a tiny inconvenience but just one i noticed.

My whole stay was excellent! They have a good breakfast, my room was very clean and spacious. I love that they have a fridge and microwave! I stayed 5 nights and I would definitely stay there again! They were wonderful!!

I can't think of anything I did not like. Again, It was a very pleasant, comfortable stay!! They were all friendly and anything I needed, they were quick to help. I would recommend them any time.

The location was great for us, right next to the highway that we needed to take the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel had not received our change in booking date from Booking.com so we had to pay for two nights even though I presented my confirmation information from Booking.com. It would have been nice if the hotel had taken the responsibility to clear that up with Booking.com instead of having to do it myself.

I was treated like a king! And they think of EVERYTHING; down to the smallest bottle of shampoo conditioner. Very, VERY detailed oriented!

The fact that some mentally disturbed person was at the hotel (don't know why) who caused 500 gallons of water from the third floor to seep through the rest of the wing. That said, I had to be moved to another wing. But, it's not the hotel's fault. I just hope they got this situation resolved and that that lady gets the help she desperately needs. My only advice to the hotel is that they perhaps might want to be more vigilant and screen their incoming guests.

Breakfast was exceptionally good they had a variety of food fruits and other items. The location was awesome close to multiple restaurants and there was even a bowling alley right across the street everything was pretty much walking distance.

Breakfast hours could be a tad bit longer me and my youngest like to sleep in until 9am

Cleanliness and ambience of the room was superb. The room and bedding smelled fresh and clean. My wife and I were very comfortable.

Although breakfast was great, the bacon was paper thin and fell apart at the touch. Tasted good, but a thicker product would be an improvement.

Breakfast options were o.k. You could select a grab and go, or a breakfast sandwich with fruit, juice or coffee. With the covid-19 restrictions being what they are, I think that that they did a nice job offering a variety of options. The room was clean.

The bathroom needs a towel rack to hold towels. I was surprised that they bathroom did not have one. The room was a little small to be considered a suite, but it was comfortable.

it was very clean and the staff was really nice we felt very comfortable my kids loved it. I really recommend it to anybody staying there.

the pool was really clean and breakfast was delicious especially the kitchen staff was very polite.

We only had orange juice and coffee because we were meeting relatives for breakfast....but everything looked delicious. The bed and I pillows were outstanding and an essential for us. Receptionists friendly and helpful.

Trouble to get shower to work and needed three people to turn I it on as evidentially, the cleaning crew turned it off very hard. Parking spaces in front filled up quickly.
