Convenient location, very large room. Great kitchenette and desk area with large bed area separate. Bathroom was large and I liked the counter area being outside of the toilet/shower part so I could get ready if someone else in family was using the other part. Staff was very friendly and the facility itself was extremely quiet!!! First hotel I didn’t hear the next room neighbors or something crazy happening at any point!!! Very happy with that. I also appreciated the tipping QR code feature because I never carry cash! Very cool and helpful.

It smelled like dog poop. I get it’s pet friendly but damn it smelled bad! And the floors were torn up from dogs.. seeing that made it have a dirty vibe and I couldn’t not be wearing shoes in the room the whole time. I wish they’d have separate rooms for people like us that did not bring pets! Also what the actual heck kind of pillows were this?!? They were so small and uncomfortable and I hated them. Please just get regular sized actual bed pillows!!!!!!!!

I love the location and breakfast. That's why we've always stayed here. We typically get great rooms as well and at a great price. We were at the end of the hall so I thought it would be nice and quiet. The staff was great and super friendly.

This time our room was TINY. I've always gotten like a living room with a couch. This room felt like a closet. The bathroom left a lot to be desired as well. I didn't like the corner shower although the water pressure was fantastic. The counter was mostly sink and didn't leave me any space for my stuff. Room 202, not a fan. We were next to a room full of children who screamed all night Saturday night and a dog who barked at any little noise.

The air conditioner in the room was working properly. The tub was very nice.

I'm a returning guest and I strongly feel that providing cleaning service upon a guests request should be considered. I was told that full cleaning services are only done every 3 days which sucks because other hotels accommodate guest upon request of these services.

Kitchen staff and afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful.

The overnight shift staff were not available. It was inconvenient to have to get dressed, go downstairs and have to search for them. They never answered the phone, several nights. Also, my hot tub didn’t work and they didn’t even offer to move me or fix it.

Unusual room layout... large bathroom, yet the vanity was located outside & next to the bed. Bathroom needs towel rails not just a stick-on hooks. Bed had four cushions but no pillows, cushions are not comfortable for sleeping overnight.

The room was great nice and big bed was comfortable bath water super Hot and breakfast was amazing I just wish i could have taken my food to my room but they noted on breakfast slip not to take food th room

Just that i couldn't take breakfast to my husband in the room.he wasn't feeling well enough to go to breakfast room

The room was clean and spacious, plus the staff were very nice and engaging. It's located near many places to eat and that are within walking distance. There are several stores near there as well.

The rooms are very dated and could use some newer furniture.

Location is ideal. Staff was polite, and helpful. Breakfast area is large. Room was clean. Pet friendly. Basketball court. Plenty of parking. Great value. Many restaurants!

Dog walking area is a dirt field. A proper dog park with grass would be ideal. Next-door to a highly trafficked Wal-mart. Elevator seemed outdated, very noisy, smelled, and was dirty, which created a feeling of uneasiness.

THE MANAGER JENNIFER WAS AMAZING AS WAS THE STAFF, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE BEDS WERE SOFT, AND WAKING UP TO SUNRISE AND SUNSET VIEWS WAS AWESOME! THE BREAKFAST VARIETY WAS PERFECT. MANAGEMENT WAS VE4RY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR NEEDS
