Friendly Hills Inn

The room was comfortable and clean with many amenities that were needed and we were thankful for. The room has refrigerator, microwave, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and very nice absorbent towels. It was vey comfortable and we were very pleased with the accommodations.

The only thing that was disappointing is that since my spouse is disabled there were no accommodations available on the ground floor. This made it a bit uncomfortable for his having to climb the stairs and come sown the stairs. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Room was clean and property was really quiet. We loved the ice machine which was really convenient and the bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water. The television/cable was great with lots of selection, including premium channels.

WiFi did not work well and the rooms are so well built that my cell phone didn't work all that well inside the room. The pool looked really nice but all the gates were locked all the time. Not sure if this is available during Covid times?

The room matched the pictures on the website. It was very clean and modern. I liked the area, and parking was good too. Will stay here again when needed to be in the area.

I checked in really late, and i called ahead to let them know i am checking in late. Before I arrived, they called me to get my credit card info (instead of paying for it at the property when I arrive). It could've been handled better, but it's all good.

Location, clean outside and inside, it looks nice and decent compared to a lot of options around the area In the X - $100 this is excellent, this should not be any more expensive. Quiet at night

There was a bad strange smell in the room but it went away AC was LOUD Staff is great but i had a hard time making the payment, there should be the option of paying through the app.

I always have a great stay when I stay there, the rooms are always clean, the staff are always professional and I always feel comfortable and safe there. and the fact that there's a great Mexican Restaurant right in front of Friendly Hills Inn doesn't hurt either. Friendly Hills Inn is truly a hidden Gem

I wish they would keep their rates low, they're rates seem to fluctuate, sometimes a little to high out of my budget. On my resent stay at check-in, I requested room 102 that I have stayed on a prior visit, the clerk said that its a higher rate because its a suite, but I had that same room under the regular rate now I couldn't ?, not sure what all that was about, room 102 is nicer than the rooms I've stood at.

This hotel is amazing, I loved everything about it! The location was great with a lot of shopping centers less then 5-10 minutes away including the mall. The parking lot was very well lit and the camera system hit every part of it as well (took a peek when checking in). I felt my car was safe there throughout the night. The room was very nice and updated, and very clean! I loved that they had the makeup remover wipes in case you forget yours. It also had a great sized mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine inside. The AC blows super cold! Had to turn it off at some point but I loved it. For the price of the deluxe room I high recommend this location.

It was a bit hot entering the room but once the AC started it cooled down within 10 minutes then stayed cold, almost freezing.

The staff were very friendly as soon I walked into the lobby. They had the coronavirus distance system down very well and wipe my credit card after they ran it through to charge. The room very quite and super clean! The bed was very clean and bedding smelled fresh laundry. Everything in room was pretty nice too. I was very surprised for being off chain motel. Check out was super easy, I just left my room key on the table in the room. Social distancing was awesome, and painless check out. I would return again!! Thanks for great services!!

Nothing at all to complain about!

The guy at the front desk was friendly, the room was clean, the location was good. Better than I expected for the price! The room included everything you would get in a more expensive hotel - coffee pot, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, etc. The bed was comfortable, the parking lot was well lit at night. Close to lots of food choices.

The only thing I didn't care for, and this is a small thing, is there wasn't a secondary lock on the door, like a chain or a flip bar. The door did have a regular turn lock from the inside, so this wasn't a big deal, but as a woman traveling alone, the additional security of a second lock is a nice thing to have.

Good motel with great location. My wife and I had two nights here, and it was satisfying. The checkin was quick, the reception was pleasant, the room was clean and big. I would definitely recommend.

The AC was a bit loud, but we got used to it very quickly, and also we were so tired that it would not bother us. :)

I requested a downstairs room due to traveling with an elderly person and they were able to accommodate me which I really appreciated.

However the room we received was a little bit water damaged. There was a leak so floor was warped and soft. Also some of the fixtures in the bathroom were old, broken, and rusted. It wasn't as great as the room I received the first time however that was upstairs.
