Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast has plenty of choice.

The parking lot was under construction when we arrived and we needed to park our car on the street. The next morning the car parking lot entrance was closed without notice / directions on how to drive to the lobby entrance, so we ended up having to park in the neighbor parking lot and walked over with our luggage. If there were clearer instructions on how to drive around the parking lot that was under maintenance, we would be much appreciated.

The staff was very nice. Our room was ready on arrival. The room was nice just a little smaller for the price I wasnt thrilled but that wasnt a big deal. The hot tub and pool seemed very clean and it was fun to hang out with my kids and husband, we basically had it to ourselves 👍👍 Over all we honestly were content with our stay.⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beds are to hard though, not very comfortable and I didn't like the pillows. After we got back to the room and cleaned up, we got a call from another guest below us saying we were too loud 😳 we were just moving around getting situated, so either the walls are very thin or this individual had super sonic hearing. I felt bad but we honestly weren't being loud. So if you get a room on the upper floors, keep in mind the people below may be hearing all your movements 🤷‍♀️ Over all we honestly were content with our stay.⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was great and gave recommendations of places to go and were very friendly. I loved the location.

No microwave in the room. There was hangers for clothes but no drawers for all of our clothes, we had 4 of of us and kept our clothes in the suitcase.

Staff was friendly. Check in and out were easy.

More gluten free items are needed for breakfast. One of my family members has Celiac disease and couldn’t find much for her breakfast. It’s constantly disappointing to have a breakfast at the hotel that she is not able to eat. An egg omelet without bread would be appreciated. She left feeling hungry and needing a better breakfast.

The receptionist was quick to offer me bottles of water that late night I arrived at the hotel. She was really nice and fast granted I was really tired due to flight being delayed twice.

Breakfast was good. However out of plastic forks which made it a little tricky to eat with a spoon. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Not sure why our room did not have a microwave? Or no microwave in the breakfast area or lobby. No way to heat up my tea in the room. You had a refrigerator why not a microwave??

didn’t pick up at airport after 11pm. would like them to extend their shuttle hours then they would be perfect place to stay!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good the first day and okay the second day. The location was a little out of the way but in a nice area.

Front desk staff was very kind. this was our wedding night so they were very sweet and gave us free parking while we are on our honeymoon. rooms were nice and clean. The shuttle took us to the airport in the morning as well which was a life saver.

Just needed a place to lay down for the long drive home. Really can't give a solid review. Breakfast was good. Didn't have to time to use facilities. Pool and Spa looked nice and clean.

Some eggs other than scrambled would of been perfect.
