The cost was good the hotel is beautiful love the out door pool area absolutely beautiful also beautiful mountain view from our room

One of the key cards did not work after 2nd day staff told my husband that we was not even registered in that hotel when my husband told the lady that the hotel took the money off his card for our stay she then seen my name in the system there was long black hair on the wall of the shower our stay was for 3 days and no house keeper did not come to clean our room when we went to front desk about towels rags and garbage bags and ask the staff why they had not came the answer was they was short staffed they hotel had construction going on all in all once construction is done and get more staff members this hotel will be great I will stay here again

The first room we were put in i was disappointed as it was extremely LONG walk but due to painting they upgraded us and so we were closer to pools. I have copd so that walking about killed me. I was not happy that each time i wanted to move or bring in my stuff there were NO CARTS available. Need more carts. Also should not have to go to front desk for ice. Need ice machines please. TY

Large motel. Too much walking if room far away. Not enough ice machines. Not enough carts to help people with luggage.

The pool side area was amazing and so as the fun zone or the indoor playground for the kids.

Hotel Service could be a bit better, was waiting on rooms to get inspected literally after checking in to my first room. Than I was told that the room next to mine since I paid for 2 rooms wasn’t clean and that I have to pay for a room further down the hall. Communication is key but I could tell that the house keeping and front desk lack that.

The pools and love they have a couple pet areas. The ladies at the front desk were very nice when we had to change rooms. Overall the place was very nice.

Our first room the AC didn't work and the fridge didnt work and there wasnt a microwave so we had to change rooms. The 2nd room the tv was broke. We ended up book the motel for another week but the room had a way smaller fridge. Wish all the rooms had the same things in it.

The setting was beautiful and historic looking. Very close to the highway but we were not bothered by the sound of traffic. I really liked the separation between the sink and the stool and tub. That made it easy and comfortable to be showering and putting makeup/hair together, both activities at the same time.

I thought that we could have had a little more direction from the hostess. We sat down and was looking at menus that were given us. We, on our own discovered there was a breakfast bar. That is where we ate. The hostess could have saved us a lot of time.

The staff was gracious and kind. The swimming pool and hottub were very inviting. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Going to book another stay for a couple of nights in August.

There was nothing I didn't like. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Part of the hotel is under renovation so there's no breakfast right now but thats not a problem

location & the fact that there was something for my son to do at the hotel.

the fact that they show pictures of restaurants & bars but neither are open. There is a sweet tooth snack & coffee bar which helps but with so many stores within a mile you don’t really need to visit it.

Friendly staff and rooms were easy to find and pools are very clean hotel was a little walking distance from some places and great views of the mountains

Long hallways only 2 elevators rest are stairs and the hotel only had 1 little convenience store and everything was a little expensive

amazing place. free Starbucks! Clean, beautiful staff, great laundry. pretty much a resort. very few guests… felt like I was starring in the Shinning ! Don’t miss out I’m sure the price will go way up when the renovations are completed.

The hotel is rebranding and they are updating their rooms. Our room is out of dated. AC barely worked, there was mold in the bathroom and the room's atmosphere is stuck in the early 2000's. .
