We booked the hotel because of the hotel shuttle as we had a 15 hour layover. We needed a shuttle that we could depart at 3:30 a.m. Corporate cancelled the shuttle service on June 15th and we were not notified of this. Uber costed us over $70.00 for the round trip transfer. We were very unhappy that we paid for your hotel at a higher cost and did not receive shuttle service. We were very unhappy that we were not notified so we could have changed hotels. I was unimpressed with Marriott that they did not inform us of this change.

After a long flight from Anchorage, we stopped in overnight before traveling home. The beds were so comfortable, and the scent of the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were perfect! In fact, the next morning, I asked LeAnn at the front desk where I could purchase some. She said, “That is a great question, but let me ask my manager and I can call you.” I explained that I would probably be in the plane, but just text it to me. She did exactly that. I was very impressed with the breakfast, and cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I will be back soon.

Nothing. I just hate we could not stay longer!

This hotel did not disappoint at all. I am so glad I decided to stay here rather than going to other places. If you are looking for a hotel that you can come back to and enjoy this is the hotel for you. I stayed here two nights and had no issues whatsoever. The room was very clean and the shower looked like it was new. They provided me with everything I needed and the front desk gals were so nice and helpful. The WiFi and breakfast was included and I couldn’t have been happier. I 10/10 recommend! I will be staying here again!

The facility was in excellent condition! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless! Breakfast was one of the best I have had!! The oatmeal had some "substance to it" (it was not soupy and gooey). There were many things to add to the oatmeal (although the containers for the extras could be a better design). The bacon was very crispy!! This location was perfect for staying near the airport!

The containers for the oatmeal toppings could be a better, more sanitary design.

All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the pool area was clean and wonderful. Our room was clean and very nice, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also super clean. All around it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time there. Thank You!

We didn't really find anything about the hotel we didn't like. Our GPS had a moment of confusion and sent us to the newer building being built next door, but we figured it out fairly quickly.

Clean, modern facility. Front desk staff person was very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed here for its proximity to the airport. Booking.com listed that there was a free airport shuttle. We were very disappointed to find out when we arrived that the shuttle had been discontinued a month prior to our booking. Shame on booking.com. There are a number of restaurants/eateries within walking distance of the hotel, it was quiet, beds were comfy. Would choose again if needed proximity to Denver Airport.

I loved the location, it was quiet and new feeling. The room and amenities were spotless, and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning, would have been nice to extend it to 10 AM for late risers, but very good selection, including the waffle maker, the hot foods and fruit, yogurts, cereals and drinks. I used the gym too which was very convenient to find. I just have to shout out the young lady at the front desk who came to my rescue after I spotted a huge moth in my room, she came to knock it down for me. THANK YOU!

Nothing. As stated, maybe the breakfast could be extended to 10 AM for late risers. And the only other thing was the shuttle only goes to the blue side of the airport, and maybe that needs to be communicated on the website. I waited on the red side and didn't get clarification until I called a second time to inquire. And the shuttles needed to leave at the top of the hour and not half hour.

Staff Front Desk was VERY RUDE and insulting when they where asked why they needed to charge and additional $12 for Parking in their lot? This Parking Fee is a Rip Off and negates shopping for the best Hotel Rate to save some money.

Not to charge a Parking Fee! After all, I spent over $120 to stay 1 night(actually only 6 hours while waiting for flight out).

We loved the location very clean and the staff was great! Walking distance to pretty much all you need.

The only little thing was for some reason it got really hot so once we exit our room it felt like the heat was on so it was very hard to breath very stuffy tryna walk a distance to the elevator to go down to the lobby and it was the same.

This hotel was super clean, close to the freeway, economically priced, and they served a really nice breakfast with several hot options.

The heater in our room was unusually noisy. We tried to sleep with it on but finally turned it off at 4 a.m.. and then by six a.m. our room was cold. Our recommendation would be to check the heater before moving into the room just to make sure it is working properly.
