Nice location not too close to the airport, yet also not too far away. We waited about 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport (not too bad), and the driver was nice. Very clean room. We asked for a quiet area and were happy with our room. Keurig coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was nice, with an ample buffet. They would also cook you an omelette, if you wanted. I also saw pancakes listed. This was in addition to the normal eggs, bacon, cereals, fruits, yogurt, muffins, etc.

Very minor, but we would like to have had one extra washcloth.

1. Staff - polite and eager to help. What was truly wonderful was to see 70+ yrs young staff - no ageism/discrimination in this hotel. 2. Service - efficient and effective. Steady service by people of all ages. 3. Rooms: wonderful. 4. Breakfast: awesome! Buffet+made to order. 5. Shuttle: 30 mins (max) to thee Airport. Free and frequent. 6. Cleanliness: very good. Can be improved especially toilets and corridors. 7. Buy one get one free - drinks.

This hotel was great! I arrived before normal check-in but they had room ready, so they allowed me to check in early. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were fabulous!! So many times the pillows at hotels are either hard as a rock or flat as a pancake, but these were perfect! The staff couldn’t have been nicer either from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff to the woman tending bar - very friendly & professional. A great choice for work or pleasure!

Great people and good location lots of lights around the parking lot. Rooms are very new and clean.

Booking and hotel didn't communicate breakfast well and so the breakfast fee on booking didn't cover breakfast, lol. But front desk refunded breakfast charges. So can't really complain.

Breakfast was fine. The buffet was pretty standard stuff, but well-stocked. Off-the-menu breakfast was good and fairly fast.

The bar was short-stocked in wine. I didn't care for any of the two or three choices available. And I'm not all that picky.

Nice facility, no traffic noise, comfortable room with quiet heating/ac. My only real issue was that either the Keurig was too advanced for me or it didn't work. (Pretty sure the later)

.Keurig was broken. I imagine if I'd called the desk they would have done something but coffee makes me able to call the desk... overall a good stay, a little pricey for me but I'll get over it.

It was a really nice hotel, the lobby beckons you to sit and share a drink with friends and family.

The pillows are too fluffy. In my opinion, all hotels should have the option of flatter, but not hard pillows. Sometimes the pillows are just too fat to be comfortable.

Location convenient to airport.

Scam!!! Booking rate was $129.98. Desk manager put charge for room thru at $189!!! Said it was $40 deposit against incidentals (duh...still $149) so showed him Booking rate. He gave up and gave us room for $130. Highly annoyed!!

Great customer service. We were able to check in early. All staff was friendly and very helpful. This is my 5th time to this property and I am always satisfied. The new updates were great!

absolutely nothing

The room was very nice and clean, room service was great, a little pricey, but it was good.

Everything was good, but I like a bigger shower. Even with the glass doors, my phobia was on edge.
