Tish and Kevin were honestly the best hotel guest service staff I have ever had. I travel a lot, actually had swore off hilton properties after several terrible experiences including the worst hotel manager ever DJ in Nashville ( if he's still there stay away). Kevin and Tish, completely reversed that after being being forced to stay here with my sons team and walking in already with my guard up, Kevin and Tish came to the rescue of our trip and if Hilton finds more of them, they'll have my business in the future.

We enjoyed the location. It was in a central area, but it was quiet and not congested. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was congenial and welcoming. The hotel met all of our needs and more! Though breakfast was not included in our booking and we did notice that the options appeared appetizing and reasonably priced. Coffee was plentiful and delicious each morning.

It was in a decent area. Staff at the front desk was very nice.

I was a little grossed out by the dark brown hair on the bathroom floor. The shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower also had long brown hair stuck to the bottles. Idk how much hair was on the carpet, I tried not to look too closely.

It was a nice place to stay .what was irritating was because we booked through booking .com they wouldn't allow us to have a simple Continental breakfast without trying to charge us 9.80$ per person for a bowl of cereal and muffin which wasn't very cool . The breakfast lady you couldn't understand she had to get management to explain that they wouldn't allow us food with a normal hotel stay

Daily cleaning team that came by the room and the restaurant. We also liked that the window could be cracked at night for some nice fresh mountain air.

the AC could be loud.

Even though they advertise it, they no longer have on site restaurant and bar, which truthfully was one of the drawing points to our staying here. They have breakfast buffet or continental breakfast only. Cleanliness in the lobby and public places definitely needed attention.

I liked the outdoor seating areas.

There was no housekeeping service so even though I was traveling solo, by the time I left the trash cans were full and the shampoo etc were gone. I realize I could ask for more but perhaps it makes more sense for someone to check in and enquire as to what might be needed every other day or so.

When we arrived , there was confusion about our accessible room which was booked through Booking.com. The staff was able to find a room with an accessible shower as well as a shower seat.

Some grab and go items for breakfast would be great.

Most places have a complimentary breakfast, but this facility did not. I did not eat breakfast on site.

A complimentary breakfast would have been nice, even a smaller "continental" breakfast; however, I imagine the room cost would have been higher.

Everything was up to my expectation from cleanness to overhale service, The location was quiet and convenient for me.

The breakfast lady on Friday December 9th. was not very courteous and disorganized. Every other employee and manager were courteous and efficient.
