staff very friendly, comfortable room

had room on first floor for about 10 days - the odor in the hallway coming from one of the rooms was horrendous. I assume it was from a guest having a pet in their room, but the smell was at times unbearable for several days and permeated the hall way to my room. To be fair, I did notice that when the guests were gone, the hotel obviously must have worked hard to eliminate the smell as it smell like carpet cleaner.

We sold our house and we're looking for an in between place to stay before our new house was ready. We liked the suite with separate sleeping, sitting areas and a kitchenette. Good breakfast and good location right off the Hwy . Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We liked it so much ,we booked it for a second week. I've recommended this location to numerous friends.

Room was good size. Enjoyed having a full size refrigerator, small kitchen and we asked for a hot plate to be able to cook a couple of meals while here. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is they do not have decaf coffee at bfast and usually I have to mix the 2. Other than that our stay was great. Very friendly front desk staff

The location was perfect for what we needed, which was going to the doctor. Loved how easy it was to walk to some restaurants and it was close to everything. The staff was very friendly. The free laundry was great.

The pool was closed the whole time. The sheets/toilet paper/etc were not high quality. We ended up buying our own sheets and toilet paper because we were there for so long. Apparently someone passed away in one of the rooms while we were there sot that was a little odd. Not sure what happened, but that was in no way the hotels fault.

Clean room, comfortable. Nice selection of channels on TV, layout of the room.

Almost all choices at breakfast where wheat based, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, even the eggs were English muffin egg sandwiches that were to be microwaved. I have a wheat and gluten allergy.

Big room. Great breakfast buffet. Room was well equipped. Nice gym. Friendly helpful staff

Some issues with cleaning schedule

We arrived to a friendly staff worker with great customer service on Monday evening 6/21/21 plus everyone my family and I came in contact with was extremely polite. The room was very clean especially being a dog friendly hotel as we brought 2 of our own pups with us. There is a $75 per pet per stay charge but I didn’t mind bc some places charge s fortune. I was overwhelmed because there wasn’t even a hint of dog smell at all. My kids loved the kitchenette and it was used during our entire stay. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous along with free neutrogena products. I loved the area the Home 2 Suites Hilton Hotel is located at in Highlands Ranch/ Denver area. I felt very safe walking my dog at night. There are new restaurants across the street. We enjoyed Torchy’s Tacos which is a must. Plus, We had Starbucks almost every morning. Oh, the hotel provides a breakfast included in your stay which includes yogurt milk coffee granola bars and a few other grab and go stuff. Luckily the beds were very comfortable because one day I was stuck having to stay in because if a migraine. Plus the hotel seems quiet which I was happy because of my down day. Oh they have a nice outdoor lounge area with a fire pit which I enjoyed earlier in the morning with my pup. We could see the beautiful mountains from our room. I just wish we could have had a hot breakfast but I understand bc of Covid. The top layer blanket doesn’t fit the bed properly and isn’t comfortable but we had brought some of our own blankets so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Very convenient location for us. Love having dishes & utensils to use. Pretty clean. Great water pressure. Courteous staff.

Sofa in the room had several stains. One of the coffee mugs wasn’t fully clean. One morning, we arrived at the breakfast bar shortly before but not after closing time & a staff member at the desk stared us down the entire time we were making our selections. It was a little off putting.

This hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The room was large enough for one person to sleep and another to work without disturbing them. Lots of counterspace for luggage and other items. Location was perfect for me. Pets allowed.

Unremarkable minimalist breakfast.

Breakfast was basic but good (waffles!). Room was big enough for our family of 5, and beds were comfy.

Only 3 towels provided in the room and we had to ask 3 times to get a couple more. Bathroom was ok but not spotlessly clean.
