We loved the location and the neighborhood and especially the amenities. The property upgraded us upon arrival so we were grateful for that. The condo was beautiful but the loft stairs were definitely not kid friendly.
Outdated, beds and pillows were not comfortable at all, bedding was hot and musky smelling.

Everything was perfect except the bed was rock hard.
The bed was too high like, way, to high off the ground and the mattress itself was so hard, we could not sleep on the bed but slept on the hideaway bed instead.

The location was great. It is a very family friendly and quiet area. Getting around was easy. Between Dillon and Keystone, we didn't have to venture any further for all of our needs.
Our room at the Flying Dutchman was VERY outdated. I looked at several different listings and it did not even remotely resemble the pictures. The curtains in the main room were shredded, the curtains in the bedroom were so sheer it didn't block any light and the curtain rod was broken so they fell off constantly, the furniture had no cush left to it, we had an old, non functional box tv and a broken lamp stored in the bedroom with so much furniture in the living/dining area we could barely get around. It was odd that they didn't explain the layout of the area we were staying at, what amenities we had, or even the WiFi password. We got lost trying to find the room the first time and had to call twice to ask for the things mentioned above. The room was either very very hot or very very cold, and we couldn't figure out which thermostats worked and what didn't. There was no mention of when the ski lifts open/closed, what days night skiing where, etc. The check in process and/or informational sheets in the room could really use a huge improvement.

The location was great, that is why we chose it.
The advertisement regarding how many and what kind of beds and bedrooms are in the apartment was false. On top of that the carpet was very dirty. The place is outdated.

Location, comfortable beds, decent kitchen
Walls and floors were paper thin like a motel, heard children stomping upstairs constantly and got woken up in the morning, and when trying to nap in the afternoon, and all throughout the day. Tried to complain but it wasn’t always quiet hours so they couldn’t do anything. Hot tub was outside and completely full all the time with parents (probably the same ones who left their children unattended to run around and stomp above us for hours), parking lot was always full and not plowed well, the reception ppl gave us a “first tracks Friday” pass but neglected to say a) it’s only the gondola (we went to the other main lift and ended missing it because of finding parking) and b) the busses don’t run that early. Couldn’t see the specific property we got until we got there so I feel like I was basically scammed into a glorified motel.

First room - nothing. Once we had complained and been given an upgrade, the second room was much better. Quieter and spacious but still needs updating.
We were allocated room 1142 which was dilapidated. The lights didn’t work, blind was broken, tv and box weren’t functioning, fridge was completely frosted up, cooker not up to modern standards, room not clean. Dog hair on the chair despite advertising as no dogs allowed.
