Rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Raman (sp?) who was the manager on duty went above and beyond as I spoke to him the next day after we were well on our way to ask if anyone had returned a missing item I left behind in my room. I admire and appreciate the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you.

A little too much marijuana consumption on the property for those of us who don’t smoke!

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, having driven through an unexpected snowstorm - and over the very famous Vail Pass I arrived at my hotel - The Quality Inn, VAil Pass was closed, soon after I arrived at the "bottom" of the pass, i Silverthorne, CO. I was given a warm welcome by the Owner/Manager - and treated to lots of assistance, and a much needed "scraper & snow brush" - in order to clean away the piles of snow that had accumulated on my rental car the night before...:) " I enjoyed my hotel stay - and watching the snow flakes fall & make a beautiful "winter scene" - all from my little balcony window/door. - was very special - a lovely scene!! My plans will include Silverthrone CO & Quality INN - the next time I go "home" to Colorado. thanks ~ NS

The hot breakfast was better than most eggs, scrambled and boiled, sausage, waffles with syrup and warm cherry sauce , a variety of fruit and all the other standards. Walked to a great restaurant for dinner, right by the highway and in walking distance to the outlets

An alarm went off in another room at 515 am both mornings, and continued for a good 10 minutes each morning

This is a nice and clean Quality Inn in a great location. It has nice bed linens, warmer comforter, and lots of towels. I see that there is a pool and spa, also. The BEST thing is that the breakfast was surprisingly great. They had everything you find at a Holiday Inn except biscuits and gravy, thank god. :)

It is fine. I don't have any complaints.

Dog friendly, large room, breakfast was very good, room was very comfortable.

parking was difficult in the late afternoons early evening. Some homeless walking around parking lot at night. Homeless sleeping in cars in parking lot. Tenants or homeless smoking weed at the back entrance to the building. I was a little worried about my truck in the parking lot at night. These were my biggest complaints and concerns.

Location is great, breakfast was nice and included many options, eggs, waffles, French toast, sausage, fruit, bagels, yogurt. Rooms were a nice size. Everything was very clean.

Ran out of hot water in the shower. The room above us was loud, could hear them stomping around a good chunk of the evening. The quality of some of the workmanship was poor, would not have passed in my house. Silverthorne is a high demand area because of its location, but I think the room charges are really high for a 2 star hotel. We stayed two nights in Denver at a 4 star hotel for less than one night at this hotel.

The breakfast was really very good! Only complaint? There was a male manager - older man (I'm 62 so he was probably my age) RIGHT AT 5 minutes until 9:00 AM - he called out a 5 minute warning that breakfast was to be over at 9:00 (waaayyyy to freakin' early for vacationers, by the way) At EXACTLY 9:00 AM the lights were turned out on us, the television turned off and the staff came to wisk everything away. HOW RUDE. Very unacceptable and very unwelcoming behavior. It's alright to gently remove the food but to switch the lights out on us (and about 6 others in the room) and flip off the television simply COULD NOT be more rude or unwelcoming. CUT IT OUT! For Christ's sake - have some etiquette. Manners will take you far in life and build loyal customers like me who come to Dillon CO once a year and stay for at least a week.

Paper and pen in the room like normal hotels would have been great. And, can I just say, much bigger bath towels? They are so small it takes two to dry the body.

The breakfast was good. The nearby brewery was exceptional--especially the food, and it's pretty much located in the parking lot. Pool and hot tub looked good, but tub was always occupied so we didn't try it. Comfortable room. Nice, large TV.

While conveniently located right next to the interstate, the property is tucked into the back of a large shopping center area. It's near quite a bit, but the immediate surroundings are very commercial.

People at the desk were very nice, we have a therapy dog and they made sure we had a ground-floor room near an exit. The room actually even had a little sitting room area with the couch as well as the bedroom part. Very nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The site could’ve had better grass to walk our dog but that was minor.

Mostly quiet and good.

Tried to give me room next to repair guys closet . Then gave me room next to a storage closet. Then the keys didn't work two times and when I counseled the girl at the desk that maybe new keys needed to be encoded, she gave me attitude. Of course that did the trick. People were stinking up the halls with their cooking. Clock was crappy.
