It was a clean and comfortable room. The hotel in general was quiet. It has a microwave and fridge in the room and a small table for two. The property was well kept and had ample parking. The hotels pool and hot tub were both very clean. The hotel even had a courtyard that you could sit and have breakfast in, or just sit and relax after the day.

The hotels breakfast is limited, but it is your basic continental breakfast. They had several options like cereal, toast, muffins, coffee, and yogurt. It is not a hot breakfast but it is still nice that they offer some sort of breakfast.

Good location Good breakfast (no hot pancakes or bacon) but everything else -“service minimum”- was served 👍 ( big yogurt-fresh fruits-cold cereals-hard boiling eggs) muffins-various bread-English muffins-bagels with butter-cream cheese-jelly) juice- coffee or/and tea Good bed Good shower Good price for the area ( very difficult to find an accommodation, at reasonable price ,with breakfast included, in the area )🤷‍♀️ Clean room Friendly staff For seniors ask to be on ground floor as there is no elevator -this was the only surprise They have a very pleasant outdoor garden where we enjoyed our cocktail and meals -a great plus

Sandy at the front desk was so wonderful and helpful to us and to others. Nice breakfast room or outside seating options. Beds were comfortable, jacuzzi and pool nice addition.

Coffee machines in rooms. We had 2 rooms and in one an old coffee filter was still in the machine with a part melted plastic tray to hold it. In our 2nd room there was no tray to hold the coffee pouches, making the machine useless. It is picky, but their coffee at breakfast was so weak, really undrinkable to us. Would be great if they would make it stronger. You can always add hot water to dilute!

Not in main busy area. Very easy to drive into town. Breakfast included. Good size room but not fancy. I had problems with my vehicle and they tried to help me.

Gal working at night was nice to us but harsh with people looking for a room. It bothered her there was a sign saying no rooms on door but people were still asking.

It was what I expected.

Very pricey for one person for one night. The breakfast was the only part that was way below average. I came in at 8:15 and the very poor selection was already so picked over, there was not much to have. I got coffee and that was it. Also everything was full of carbs, nothing at all that was protein based.

location was good , access to other amenities and great shops near by , breakfast just ok, room could use a bit of work , staff friendly ( some) outside garden advertised but not accessible as doors locked ? for the money I’d say a bit overpriced due to sparse breakfast and room condition , but great location and really nice town . maybe fir the price better options available elsewhere ? can’t fault the town it’s great as are the restaurants near by .

The staff/owners were exceptionally attentive to my needs for day sleeping and went out of their way to accommodate me and help me be comfortable. I stay at a lot of hotels for this job while working at night and sleeping during the day but I have never been treated with anywhere near this kind of attention or consideration. I truly appreciate them.

The location was perfect for us. It is not right in the middle of town where it is very difficult to park with a lot of people. But it is also only within 5 minutes to town , so you can go down and enjoy the Hots Springs and everything Pagosa has to offer.. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. it has a beautiful garden area where you can sit and an relax. A well-kept indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was exceptionally nice. The rooms are average but very clean.. There are a lot of restaurants very close to this hotel.. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we go to Pagosa Springs.

No elevator

The coffee was decent, bed, bath and towels were clean, water pressure in the shower was good. What else could you ask for from a 2 star place? We had a great rest after a long exhausting drive, and a day at the springs. People who complain about breakfast options should go out and eat in town. There are plenty of restaurants. Tip: There's no elevator, and only 1 staircase located at the far left side, so ask for a room closer to the stairs if you have heavy luggage, or trouble walking. We've got a room at the far right end, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The room smelled, most likely because of the old carpet, but we opened the window, and it was all good in just a few minutes.

Loved the courtyard. Beautiful! Enjoyed our breakfast out there and sitting out there in late evenings. Staff was very helpful.

The hot tub was closed down. Was really looking forward to relaxing there in evenings after our activities during the day.
