I liked the pool, hot tub and sauna. It was like a hot and the pool was big. I liked the room with many space and the extra bed they gave us was pretty comfy for my kids due to only having one bed. And the shower was pretty inviting.

We booked our room for two beds online.when we arrived to check in, they told me there was only one room available with one bed. We had a nonrefundable booking so we had to decide to lose our money or stay. So we stayed, but I would appreciate it to give us a heads up. Also, the lady up front was taking calls from customers and offering them the two beds I wanted. I find that unfair that I booked and had to change rooms before they called and offered what they had.

The hotel is very beautiful, in native American style. The room is very nice and modern, much better from what is offered in the area around Mesa Verde for similar or even higher price. The bathroom is renovated, looks beautiful, works well. The balcony is cosy and we had our dinner there.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear people coughing nextdoor. The AC sounded like a truck engine working in the room - extremely noisy. The pillows are not comfortable, to my taste - flat and hard.

Front desk clerk was excellent. Hotel was clean and felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Artwork (gemstones) was very nice.

Booking.com failed to get my reservation to the hotel. They didn't receive it and it resulted in an hr of phone time and wait at the front desk. Booking.com said I'd still likely be charged even though they couldn't provide the service I paid for: a booked hotel room. In the end I had to book directly with the hotel and pay a 2nd time. The booking.com service desk was terrible. I won't ever recommend the service. EDIT: It's been more than 2 months and a dozen calls and I'm still waiting on my refund!

People in the restaurant were very pleasant,even the security personal asking me to delete the video I was taking of their entry was nice about it. They even cleaned the air vents , very clean

talking with the check in desk, all of the people made us feel like we were an inconvenience. When my wife asked one of them if she could take a photo of the pretty staue in the entry way the person she asked simply said " well you'll need to ask the security person" without even looking up at her.the security person had already left the area.so the person then grudginly picked up her walkie talkie and asked them. Not seeing why this was such a thing

Really enjoyed the friendly check in staff. Enjoyed the nice clean quiet room. Really enjoyed the casino and there staff

What we did not like was the staff in the restaurant. The hostess was rude and not friendly at all. The food was not worth what we paid. No flavor bison burger and the spaghetti was bland as well. Didn't finish either one. $1 for a extra ranch insane. Our waitress was nice and pleasant.. At least the casino gave us back all the money we spent on that dinner. Sounded so good online. Not so much in person.

This was by far one of the cleanest and nicest rooms I've ever been in. Having our own balcony made it even better. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. My 8-year-old and 3-year-old really enjoyed it as well.

The only complaint I have is wishing each bed came with 4 pillows, instead of 2. Other than that, I hope to be able to stay there again.

Great size room, loved the atmosphere. Native dinner buffet was awesome and such a great deal for a casino buffet at only $14.99. All Casino staff were extremely kind and security was present but not intrusive.

Beds were a bit hard. My two older teens weren't allowed to use the pool/hot tub with us parents at 9:15pm, so we just left the pool area. They said family time ended at 9pm.

The views were absolutely amazing. The employees were super friendly. The whole hotel and Casino was so clean. This was the only Casino I had been too where you seen people continuously cleaning. The casino didn’t smell like smoke even though it was allowed. all around great place. I would definitely go back.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Private balcony with view of mountains, all amenities on site (they have a truck stop and RV park on the property.) Great laundry facilities in the truck stop building. Restaurant and casino on site. Pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very clean. Close to Four Corners monument. Friendly staff.

No table games at the casino when we were there (only run them Th-Sun).

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was very nice and more high end than I expected for the price.

The restaurant staff was rude. The food was not good and they were out of a lot of item including Pepsi and ice. Do yourself a favor if you stay here, get a pizza at the snack bar and avoid the restaurant.
