The room was very spacious and clean

That there isn’t a “quiet time” that is asked to be observed. I cannot believe how many people throughout the night were telling people goodnight and making plans right outside of other patron’s rooms. There should be a policy stated to everyone that they should say their good nights and good bye’s in the lobby and to respect others that are trying to sleep.Also the elevators ‘dings’ are what too loud during the night, could they be toned down during the night?

The location, the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and a mall. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and tasty.

The cleaning, during my stay they never cleaned my room. There were enough towels for multiple days but for the price you expect high cleaning standards. The service at the reception could be improved considering the price.

Breakfast included was a big selling point. Nice size room quiet and clean. Park lot was very clean and close to the main entrance.

Some fresh fruit like melons and strawberries would nice. Some milk for drinking and even chocolate milk. I’m not a fan eating and drinking from paper products after all this is a sit down break.

Hampton Inn's complimentary Breakfast is literally the best hotel breakfast. Great quality food and always well stocked. The hotel is in a convenient central location to shopping centers and nearby restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our special requests as well. The suite was a great size and the bed was super comfy.

Very minute and easily fixed, but the hotel provided soap had allergens in it. We usually read the packages prior to using them so it didn't cause any issues but if someone has a tree nut allergy bring your own soap or mention it when booking. (We also want to shout out the front desk for providing us non-allergen soap quickly!)

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good it was a buffet style set up. Staff was friendly.

I requested a microwave in my room when i booked it and never got one even when asking at the time i checked in . The major disappointment was that the indoor pool area was cold and so was the water so you couldn't use it

there was a group of black kids disrespectful loud and going through the hall way and nocking on doors and waking people when sleeping. noise at breakfast people could not even hear each other talking. then in the pool we moved out of the way so they could have room then they came down were we were and jumped in right beside us we had a year old and

We are motorcyclist the girl the morning we checked out was yelling us for parking underneath the awning when we had it approved the night before by the receptionist. Turns out the car that was parked underneath. The awning was there employee blocking entranceway.

Location good. Pleasant staff and clean hotel. Comfortable bed and good size room with toiletries. Comfortable breakfast lounge.

Breakfast could be better but it was enough to start the day. The free coffee and hot water could be plugged in machines instead of in urns. Both soon cooled instead of staying hot.

Room was clean, loved the shower, breakfast was good, Staff was kind and courteous.

Car with no license plate in the parking lot. Suspicious looking man with black hoodie and backpack walking around in the parking lot. did not feel safe

Staff was friendly. Double Queen Suite was very roomy.

Carpets needed to be vacuumed better. A blanket was left on chair all bundled up. Not sure if it was left there used by previous guest or not. Breakfast attendant was very nice. I felt bad for him because he had to keep up with a family that was taking all the food. I've never seen a family literally take 50 pieces of sausage, ALL the muffins, and all the bagels and continue to do so as soon as the food was placed out. They were taking multiple trips up in the elevator with plates stacked of food. I counted 5 in their party doing so. Don't really care what they were doing but it just made it to where I kept having to ask the attendant for items.
