Room and hotel was clean and neat. Location was great, close to most things I needed/wanted for the weekend in the Miami/Hollywood area. We went for a concert at the Hard Rock Stadium. That was a short drive away. Great places to eat around the Aventura/Hollywood areas too!

Pillows were a bit flat and uncomfortable. On first day, parking was a bit confusing. Had to call to know what to do. Nitpick (out of hotel's control) is that there was a lot of construction around, wasn't aware of this ahead of time.

everything the rooms are nice, clean. the decor is beautiful. the Pool wonderful.. the smell air freshener of hallways is amazing. staff were also wonderful. we were celebrating my daughter birthday and we rented 3 rooms. we were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

That the bar/restaurant closed at 12. it’s was such a wonderful vibe and the bartender that served us was great, wonderful attitude. and that there was ice maker or microwave on every floor… and the location. if you can lift it and place it on the beach……. I would rate a 11. because it’s already a 10 in book.

The room was big, nice, and clean. Loved how dark the room can get. Easy check in. Loved the bathroom. Very spacious. Would stay again no problem!!!

I don't think housekeepers are checking to see if coffee cups are clean. Ours looked clean, but when brought to light you can see the glaze from creamer obviously used by previous people. Only 1 level of parking in garage, can be used for hotel. Also, others not staying in hotel, can easily access floors to the rooms without a key.

Serena hotel one probably one of the best if not the best in my entire travel practice for over 25-30 years. The hotel is new, parking big, always lots of spots to park, rooms are specious, service is great, amenities, pool, bar, everything literality is great. However, what most surprised and pleasantly impressed me was the warm and professional reception, particularly Pari, who did an amazing job, going way and beyond to providing me great room and guaranteeing comfort and piece of mind throughout my entire stay. She is definitely one of the best hotel officers I have ever met. Unforgettable experience coloring my entire stay in Aventura, FL and certainly looking to return there in the nearest future!

From the moment we arrived, service was absolutely great! They upgraded us to a suite and provide complementary snacks in the lobby! The hotel is very elegant and clean. We happened to see a live band on the rooftop bar that night and the sky deck pool has a gorgeous view of Aventura. You are located in the medical district so everything is close by like entertainment, food, and shopping ! The room is spacy, clean, and beautiful ❤️ Personal touches are always great and I would most definitely return!

Staff was amazing, garage parking with easy instructions, and amazing location close to everything. The room itself had tall walls so it was very high lol. The shower was so fancy too. I loved everything about the place and will definitely stay here again.

I think the only thing is that the shower door was weird so the water could easily leak onto the bathroom floor. But honestly I can't find one thing I didn't like about the hotel! It has everything!! I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities.

Amazing hotel! I recommend you ask for a room on 6th floor, for instant access to the great pool and the bar/restaurant. Tatiana was so helpful during breakfast! The art deco inspired hotel is great for taking pictures all around, the bathroom was a great size! And the location of the hotel is equidistant between Miami and Fort Laud. Will absolutely be returning! Great drinks and great breakfast options!

Hotel is perfect ! Very nice , smell good , clean , front deck is helpful . Free complimentary champagne at the front desk !

Restaurant workers should be nice to the customers. We re was only with my husband, at the dinner , no busy , we wait 40-45 min burgers , very long ! and make sure 20 % is tip already included, I didn’t know , when I ask why is the price different , waitress didn’t say that tips included, she said Taxes another day I ask for cup of water , she was not happy to give water , she said we re open at 5 !!! not good customer service

Staff at the front desk was great, shout-out to Pari. It is new and very clean. Rooftop bar is great. Delicious breakfast. Huge american standard beds!

BREAKFAST: When we made a reservation it was not very clear that free breakfast means 15$ credit on the a la carte breakfast menu. Staff at the breakfast was not able to communicate the hotels breakfast policy but after visiting Miss Pari she was able to explain that. Non very good English speaking staff is common in FL but to match the whole experience I think staff problem needs to be resolved because hotel is very nice and you get a feel of luxury there.

I was very pleased to be able to check in that early. It made our arrival very pleasant and welcoming, especially traveling with young kids. They assigned us a suite on the same level as the pool and restaurant. The pool deck and amenities are perfect for pool days and nice for photos capturing the developing skyline in that area. I liked that the hotel and room was always very need and clean. Staff is very attentive and helpful. They really put effort into making your stay comfortable. It’s located close to a Target and Whole Foods store which is very convenient.

It is a bit confusing to get their at first I didn’t like the fact that the parking lot wasn’t secured.
