Loved the location and the aesthetic of the hotel. Smelled nice upon entry. The rooms were modern and clean. Bed comfy. Shower gets really hot, great water pressure.

Don’t like that the balcony isn’t actually private. People can walk right past so you’re stuck keeping the room curtains closed, unless you don’t mind the lack of privacy. Should provide instructions for Nespresso machine. Not a dislike, just a suggestion for guests that may not know how to use it. I have used one so I know but, others might not. Always waiting for an elevator, even in the wee hours of the morning when all are asleep.

The breakfast menu was excellent and the food once delivered was excellent. The service was on the poor side. Many mornings I sat there neglected. I even asked, “ if they had something against single people!”

The service could be a lot better…..personnel on the whole lacked any sort of personality! There were a few exceptions; Marianna in housekeeping was so sweet. The manager on my last day 2/21 was very hospitable. Also, the man in the snack cafe was very accommodating. My room was not made up for 48 hours……this after returning one night at 10:00PM!

it is new ! room are big and comfortable love the big social area that it is perfect also to invite some friends to join the bar pool area very good my only recomendation to the property manangement is that they need to improve the lounge chair and cabanas sofa woth a waterproof fabric as actually it is wet anytime and looks dirty

-Location is half decent in front of a Highway -Windows cannot be opened which is a concern when you want to dry wet clothes. -Swimming pool a little too small.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They always did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The facility is new and very well structured.

The housekeeping was a bit careless. There was a dirty rug in the bathroom on the first day and they forgot to make up the room the second day.

The hotel is modern, well decorated, it even has a Starbucks on site . Rooms are big and spacious and quiet .service is friendly. Bell boys super friendly and try to help.

Sundays there is a problem I’m the 3rd person that stays in this hotel and Sundays they did not clean or do our room, we left it at 11:00 am and went back at 12:00 pm to a dirty undone room.

The hotel was very clean and very modern. Clean cool rooms and awesome view. Very close to where we wanted to go and the staff (Andres) was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Tried to call between 540pm and 5:50pm to request the complimentary transportation back to the hotel from Aventura Mall and never got an answer. Not a real problem but something to maybe look into.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen in a long time. The interior design was spectacular, at the same time it felt like home away from home. The service was amazing. We had a room with veranda, which was perfect for our 4-year-old as well. Every morning we opened the door, and let her wanter on the terrace while we had our coffee in bed. This room was amazing, but the rooms that we not on the verandas didn’t even have a window that opens. We stayed there the first night cause our veranda room was not ready, and we got complimentary parking for 8 nights in exchange. Great customer service. The pool area is amazing, the restaurant, Gala is fantastic. We tried all the food on the menu, all of them were fantastic. We also loved having a mini-starbucks in the hotel with a little shop that included pops, chips, charticurie board style meat, yoghurts etc. We highly recommend this place! We can’t wait to return!

Our cleaning lady wasn’t the best. The bed didn’t even look like properly done and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. We didn’t complain because we loves everything else so much.

The location was very good, close to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles. The room was spacious and very well maintained. Free parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom cleanliness. There were hairs in the shower cabin and on the bathroom floor.

the person at the front desk was a little moody, and I had a lot of trouble solving an issue with my booking reservation, the act like they can't do anything.
