close to location visited at best price for room

coffe pot in room was broken. complementry breakfast could use sausage patties or links instead od sausage gravy. with cleaning service every three days could use four bath towels verses two to allow for them to dry betwwen showers

We really loved the pool!! It was close to some awesome restaurants. Plus close to where we wanted to go. The staff was awesome and greeted us every time we came for breakfast. There was a variety of items to eat. The Harold Seltzer steak house right next door was a very Awesome find!!! Housekeeping was great too. They got items we needed no problem.

The stairs, no elevator. Bad knee, thought I got a ground floor. Plus no waffle maker. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced.

Breakfast variety was good with Juice and eggs.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is nice and it is heated in the evening after going to the beach. It is very relaxing. They have a continental style breakfast. And is very close to Taco Bell in Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald so it’s great for the kids coffee for the adults. And very close to the beach. We had a great time. This is our second time coming to the same hotel for the same weekend trips we live in Florida, so this is what we consider a Staycation driving up from Ocala to spend the day evening and morning at the beach. Wonderful.

It would be nice if they could repair the playground for the children. I know they’ve worked on it over the year but it could get a little upgrade some colorful paint or something.

The room and the free breakfast and location and the pool everything but one staff member. The front desk staff was wonderful I loved our check-in lady at night and the morning people were friendly and greeted me with a smile.

The breakfast lady was very rude. She made comments to the foreigners in front of me about learning to speak English and I was so appalled I stared at her I didn’t know what to say. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will not stay here again because of her.

This was my third time staying at this location, each time I was extremely pleased with the value for the price but I honestly go back because the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk and all the clean crew are so extremely personable and greet you with smiles!! A special thank you for the Supervisor and Tina for answering all my questions and helping any way they could! Breakfast was great. I really loved the biscuits and eggs, fresh juice and toast in the morning is the best! Oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, a good assortment! It’s a great location close to so much food and walking distance to convenient stores. 10 minutes to Clearwater Beach 🏖

The location was central to everything we did during our stay, and there were lots of stores and restaurants close by. The courtyard/pool area was very pleasant and relaxing. The room was bigger than expected, and very clean. The property is kept up fairly well.

There was no bathroom vent, or it wasn't working while we were there, so the bathroom got very humid and stuffy while showering. There needs to be more places to hang towels in the bathroom. The A/C unit wasn't very effective against the humidity, so the air felt a little uncomfortable at times, especially when the outside humidity was high. The breakfast selection was limited, compared to other places we've stayed.

We like this hotel, and have been visiting for years. Comfortable rooms, great beds, nice and clean. Needed more coffee etc, had to ask, not automatically supplied. Apparently housekeeping only done every 2 or 3 days which we were unaware of. Pool is lovely, we enjoyed our stay as always and will return as it suits us well.

Could have been enough coffee etc supplied in the first place, shouldn't have to chase it up.

the size of room was great, it was perfect, i had brought 2 bikes with me to bike bay trail and i had plenty of room to put them in my room without tripping over them on the first fllor room 147

i had to go home, haha
