Clean with updated interiors, nice courtyard for chillin' outdoors or dining. It was quiet with no unsavory characters lurking around. Looked family-friendly and pet-friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Offer some sort of coffee service in the lobby or courtyard in the morning hours or a coffee maker in the room. I need coffee before I even shower. Even bottled iced coffee would be welcome, you could always microwave it for hot coffee.

Clean well kept property that is old school but completely functional and updated. You have great price/value/service for what you pay here. He charges for parking and early check-in but the cost is appropriate and collected in cash upon checking in. It is not a four star hotel...it is a family run motel and they show pride of ownership. If you want breakfast, coffee and constant room cleaning and all the other things from a chain hotel, this isn't your place. You'll pay for that...this is NOT that.

Nothing...felt safe as a single women traveling here.

The location of the Hotel is very good as it is not far from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater. The hotel is also very well maintained and has a very pleasant climate with a swimming pool in front, a very pleasant common area and bright colors that make the environment very pleasant. The cost benefit in relation to other hotel options was also worthwhile and the rooms have a microwave and a minibar that helps a lot during the stay. The receptionist was also very attentive and helpful.

On the first day at night we noticed that the toilet was clogged and when we went to notify the person in charge of cleaning, she was not at all friendly and simply handed us a bucket with a plunger so that we could do the job and told her to return it at the same time. place when finished. Honestly I thought the approach could have been a little different... Room service was also not carried out at any time, we stayed for 3 nights and no one even entered our room. The bed is also quite noisy as the metal frame creaks with any small movement. During the night it is difficult to turn over or get up without waking your partner. And finally, I found the check out at 10am too early as it usually ends at 11am, but that's ok, overall our stay was good!

The property was perfect. The level of Love the owners have for this property shows. The court yard is so awesome, you can sit outside at the tables or take a swing and just enjoy the moment. My room was perfect and well cared for in every detail. I like having a desk, table and chairs and an extra leather chair to sit. I bought some food from the natural grocery store down the street and was able to prepare fresh food. Microwave and Refrigerator were in the room. I felt very safe. Also, great location if you are wanting to drive to Clearwater beach.

There wasn’t any negatives.

I liked the manager, Michael. He was very friendly and kind. He set me up with a regular room and upon realizing that he had extra rooms available, gave me the honeymoon suite for the same price. The facility was clean and orderly as well as the room. I liked the location too. It was close to things but was located in a residential area, not in a busy, congested area. There were some great stores and restaurants close by as well. Overall, I had no issues, would recommend it, and would stay there again.

I can't think of anything that was troublesome. It was quiet, comfortable, and ran by a pleasant manager.

Room was nice and clean. Towels were large and water was hot and shower pressure was good. Courtyard and pool area are very nice. Staff person at front desk was polite.

Only drawback was that visitors are not allowed. I came down to visit with family and see my grandchildren, and they weren’t allowed to come and visit me because of the property’s “No visitors” rule, which I don’t think is listed on the Booking website. I usually swim with the grandchildren for a couple hours wherever I stay, and haven’t run into that issue before. Nice place to stay if you don’t plan on having visitors.

The biggest thing was we like a very firm mattress & these were average. Dirty laundry/cleaning supplies are adjacent to the office & clearly visible from our 2nd story room. Very bright security lights outside the door of all rooms. The shade blocks it but it is very bright- likely necessary for security.Rooms face a courtyard w artificial turf. No scheduled housekeeping, so if you want clean towels or trash emptied, you will need to go to the office & they will gladly accommodate your request.None of these things are ‘dealbreakers’ but you should set your expectations accordingly

The room was very clean and every way there are facilities was it was a wonderful stay at this place but sometimes it's kind of good to have a place to see the new place my woman get little by little improvement under the place but it was a beautiful day

Options for the future have at least littlest breakfast area for your customers to let them feel comfortable to stay there but like I repeat this day was excellent the room was clean and the community the community as the owner of the place or manager was it did an excellent job to experience the wonderful place a wonderful stay

Recently refurbished, clean and smart, the main man Mike was friendly and helpful whenever he was needed. Rooms were a good size, both family room and double room. Wasnt expecting much but it definately surprised us in a good way. Courtyard area was fresh and clean with new table and chairs. Pool was always clean.

If i had to be picky,the only thing that we thought could have improved was the cleaning of the room floors, when walking around the rooms we ended up with dirty feet so had to wear flip flops inside,the only other feedback i would offer is that we didnt get any replacement towels for the 3 nights we stayed.

Cozy and colorful hotel, quiet street, strait forward management. It was great to be able to use the courtyard for meals brought from the outside. The room was comfortable, functional and clean.

No cleaning or trash emptying at all during our 4 day stay. No coffee or tea on site, everything had to be brought from the outside, and nothing was nearby so you had to take a car before your first morning coffee.
