The room was comfortable and clean. It did show the age of the motel, though. Staff was exceptional. I would book a room here again.

The shower head was calcified and I used a Clorox wipe on it. Also there seemed to be stains around the tub. The sink was clogged.

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THEY OFFER A HOT BREAKFAST (BETTER THAN MOST HOTELS WITH THEIR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST)

THE ONLY THING A LITTLE OFF WAS HOUSEKEEPING EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. YOU NEED TO CATCH THE BREAKFAST EARLY , IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE RE-STOCKED WELL. HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE "DO NOT DISTURB" TAG ON THE DOOR HANDLE., AND THEY NEED TO BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL AROUND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS LIKE MY LAPTOP.

Bed was very comfy. Breakfast had lot of variety. Sausage links were excellent--very good flavor. I didn't see any milk. The potatoes were very hard and cold. I booked here partly because of the free breakfast (and close to airport for our flight next day). Plenty of towels!! Liked that you could park right at your door.

Room could have been cleaner. When I went to put my computer on desk, it was wet and smeared. Curtains need to be thicker/or rubber backed. You could see right in rooms at night if there was a light on. The slip front desk gave us for TV stations did not match the stations in room at all. A little pricey.

Room was reserved for 4 people only got 2 towels a day when I called the desk to ask for 4 a day the front desk person on night shift said I was only allowed 2 but the following day the day shift person said it was no problem at all and notified housekeeping to rectify the issue I don’t understand y night shift couldn’t have done this or y I wasn’t getting a towel per person from the beginning

The breakfast is really awesome even better although of hotels have started seving breakfast after 9 which doesn't help me and makes me feel like I've been ripped off but when I go to breakfast here between 5:30 & 6 , I eat

I'm really easy and chill . The one thing that bothers me are rooms that are dingy and gross , they may have rooms like that however if you order single king then you get a more updated room

I like that floors are not carpeted. Pillows and bed were very comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. LOVE the breakfast. Like the proximity to the airport. They were very accommodating in giving us a late check out time, due to our flight. I will stay here again.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There were two of us and only one handtowel and one washcloth.

The staff was so friendly my group was receive like they knew each of them like it was family. Susan, joe,krishina,Araceli, Maxine,and Karla. Thank you for everything you make us feel like Family even that we was away from R home.

Very nice stay. Staff was friendly, clean room, easy check in. Breakfast was included and was different every day.

Not enough handicap/disabled parking. It was on one side of hotel and our room was on other side with no space near our room. Made is a little difficult with wheelchair and not having access to walkway. Toilets are almost on floor, they are really low.

First room didnt have air HOWEVER the lady at the desk quickly offered us the room just above and the air worked excellent. It is by the airport but we were ok with that because my 3 daughters LOVED watching the planes take off

One lamp bulb was dead but we had another light so we werent upset at all. We just used it to eat before we layed down. Only "negative" part but it wasn't a negative for us and honestly we totally forgot about it

I want to extend my staying but one of the front desk gave me the wrong info regarding the price, I left and I came back same day, the price was much cheaper, I really wish the issue will not happen again because I like this place
