What a gem of a property ! We booked from reading the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Modern, very clean updated property in the heart of everything and steps away from the beach, staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble (our flight was cancelled the morning we were due to fly home and the lovely lady on reception Went above and beyond to help us - greatly appreciated thank you !) Next time we book we will pay extra for a balcony (only a couple of rooms have this but there is plenty of room outside lots of modern tables and chairs and two very clean pools, the staff are constantly walking round touching up all the areas a lot of pride on the property. Also worth mentioning is that there aren’t lots of rooms so it’s not rowdy and overcrowded in the communal areas. A/C units new, effective and quiet & complimentary coffee 24/7 ! Cannot recommend this property enough.

Nice spacious room. Big fridge to keep food fresh. Free onsite coffee/tea in the lobby.. Microwave available for guests to use. Short walk to beach. Great location for shops/restaurants.

Unfortunately our room faced onto the main Rd. Very noisy at times but particularly from 7am when building work started opposite No kettle in the rooms.

Lovely landscaping and outdoor setting. Very nice Pool area and upper deck with plenty of outdoor eating and lounging space, equipped with very nice furnishings. Large room with nice furniture and bath with oversized shower. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and nice sized TV. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. In addition to the fridge in the room, there is a large refrigerator, microwave, paper plates, cups and plastic ware available for guests. And Great coffee available all day!

Rowdy Spring Breakers at and around the hotel. Can be very noisy at night at this time of year. Floor was dusty/sandy when we arrived but taken care of quickly upon request. TV remote was a little worn out.

Devon Shores was clean and comfortable. Our room had a king bed and kitchenette which was perfect to have breakfast and lunch while taking a break from the sun. The room was well air conditioned with a ceiling fan and liked that the floors were hardwood. The hotel had lots of outdoor seating, two pools and good music playing all day. Every afternoon they bring around margaritas or Pina coladas free of charge. Pool/beach towels are provided. You are 2mins from beautiful Clearwater and it’s perfect bc the beach is so busy that I wouldn’t want to stay closer. Overall great choice and would definitely recommend

Very clean, modern and well maintained. Very nice kitchen and loved the large shower. New air conditioner units kept it nice and cool in our room. The pool was very nice and well maintained but on the smaller side and they had really nice lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Loved the area - very short walk to beach, Pier 60 and many food and shopping areas.

WiFi not great and couldn’t get TV to work even with staff help but didn’t care because I was there for the beach. Bed could be a little more comfortable. We didn’t take a car but parking could have been an issue because they offer public pay parking. They did ask before arrival if we needed parking so it might not have been an issue.

Location, coffee, staff, bed was comfortable, good size shower. The air conditioning works very well and it almost noiseless. Wifi is good too. The room appeared to be just refurbished, and generally the entire property looked quite new. Tables were available for breakfast and dinner outside the room, and garbage disposal too. There are many restaurants and stores at walking distance.

The rooms face a common area with the pool. Depending on the guests, you may have noisy parties out of the room, people smoking cigars or using the pool till past midnight. If you enjoy these things, then this is the ideal place, but if you are looking for a quite and resting sleep, you may be a bit disappointed. Our bedroom didn't have a table, and while this is not such a problem, maybe it is something worth checking when booking.

Love everything about the room! The room we had was bottom floor right in front of the pool. Also I liked that my car was only a few feet from my room too but if you leave you may not have a parking spot when you come back. We only had to leave once because everything you need or want to do is walking distance from our room. The beach, stores, and restaurants are all short walking distance. The guy parking car said if we need to leave again to get a cone to put in our spot which is understandable because it's so close to the beach and everyone trying to find a parking spot.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything to make meals. I loved that the beach was literally a 2 min walk. Restaurants and shops were all walking distance. The pool was kept clean but a little too warm for me. Music was played during open pool hours and it was appropriate for my family. I had a beautiful view of the fireworks for the 4th. Will be staying again in the near future.

Terrible wifi. Tv didn't work due to wifi connectivity.

The location is ideal and the staff highly attentive and accommodating. The rooms are on the small side but quite modern with all the necessities for a Florida beach vacation. The pool was well maintained and the entire facility exhibited a high standard of cleanliness.

The tables outside the rooms are the only option for having a snack or a wine at the hotel but it rained off and on during our stay so it was difficult to take advantage of the tables when the weather cleared up due to copious amounts of rainwater covering them. I tried drying the table outside our room for wine and cheese one night with my wife but the next day it rained hard and the table was completely soaked once again. It would be a nice touch for a maintenance staff person to clean these tables and their accompanying chairs after heavy rains.
