Shuttle Service Instructions on where / how to pick up the shuttle. I called earlier in the day to get information, and it was all wrong. Called once we had our luggage, no answer for direct shuttle number. Called the hotel and was not given information that the pickup was on the departure level. We walked around at midnight looking for door 424. 4 more calls to the hotel, was told the shuttle driver would call us back, never did. Final got in touch with the shuttle driver & was told to go to the 2nd floor for pickup. Driver was very nice - but completely overwhelmed with the amount of calls for pickup for multiple hotels. He did the best he could - but you need more drivers or a better way to schedule pickup.

My husband and I stayed here the night after our cruise. After getting off the ship, we were beat. We went out on a limb and called to see about early check-in or at least holding our luggage. They said they could hold the luggage and couldn't guarantee check in, but whenever we got there they might have something available. We arrived, an they were able to get us checked in early to our room so we could relax. We used the on-site gym during our stay, they had enough equipment to get a nice little workout in. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and we loved the smell of the soap. We had an early flight (had to be at airport at 4am) they offer 24hr airport shuttle service. Close to airport and cruise port.

Not many food places in walking distance was the only downfall. But we did find some within a 5-10 minute walk, not too bad.

Breakfast was ok. The room was clean. Front desk staff were friendly.

No one answered the questions I sent through booking.com until the next day. That left us waiting at the airport for a shuttle without any contact information. We had to do web searches and make four phone calls to different numbers to finally connect with the shuttle driver. As a result, we stood at the pickup point for 50 minutes until the shuttle arrived. Tru/Hilton’s phone tree is very unhelpful. It directs you to speak with the hotel directly and then disconnects without providing a phone number. Also being charged $15.00 plus tax to go to the cruise port which is a few miles away is excessive. Traffic noise in the room disturbed our sleep.

The location is perfect for cruise travelers. We highly recommend this hotel for it being close to both FLL airport and cruise port. They provided free aiport shuttle. We took a taxi to the port due to it being so close and was way cheaper than other shuttle services offered by other hotels which you had to pay per person. The price we paid for the taxi to the port was less than $15 - just make sure the driver doesn’t go around in circles. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. There was more than enough food and space to eat at. Bonus was the billiards table that entertained us while waiting for our taxi going to the port. Can’t wait for our next vacation. Tru will definitely be our go to hotel.

I liked that the property was very close to where I work

ok I get they have valet but I’m the future some people Don’t feel comfortable giving there keys to people especially for there car then when I went to check out I asked for my keys and had a fight with the person about my keys nobody wats to feel limited when it comes to there property that’s why I paid extra and went someplace else to sleep they offer valet but yet if you don’t agree you have to park 10minutes away and walk it should be the other way around never again

I had an amazing stay. I had a very long and difficult day with my flights being continuously being cancelled. I was so glad to have a comforting stay at Tru Hilton. I also had great customer service from Eduardo. He was the best and made my terrible day much better. He was extremely helpful and pleasant and was very understanding to the stress I had from the day. I greatly appreciated Eduardo's help. Based on my stay and the customer service provided, I would recommend this stay to anyone coming into Fort. Lauderdale.

Rooms were cute and comfortable, toiletries were amazing, lobby was a great hangout, staff super friendly, snacks available in lobby, airport shuttle. Gas station right there and open all day to refill rental before return.

Staff did not quiet the guests that were outside on the patio screaming through the night until 3 am. We had a 5 am flight. Not easy to get food on Sunday night. Parking was difficult because of construction so had to Valet and they were slow when we wanted to leave to make our flight.

It was pristine and comfortable. It was extremely close to the airport, which is what I wanted for an early flight.

When I booked it I was not aware it was valet parking only. The price was $15 to valet, which was not terrible. The parking attendants were FANTASTIC.
