Pet friendly(except the high $35 a night pee fee)
The fact the hotel called me right when I’ve arrived to Florida to tell me my reservation had been cancelled due to Booking.com just letting people make reservations and it’s no rooms available. So I drove around aimlessly looking for a hotel until I finally called back and told the night time clerk my issue and he made sure I had a room available. I was so happy and relieved so I really can’t understand why they canceled it in the first place. I can’t remember names, but that clerk on Friday night night shift around 9:30p need a Kuddos and praise.

Location is perfect. Close to everything. Staff and room was good, but I do prefer 1st floor as a senior, but it's more $.
I'm old school. I'm used to all amenties included for this type of room for the price. All that was given was microwave, stove and towels for 2 days. (My stay was 10) I had to purchase everything else for myself, or you have to purchase from frontdesk.

Room was nice & smelled really good
They charged me more than my booking claiming booking never sent them my updated card number although I had an email showing the card was updated and they were notified. They still say they didn't get it & room would be more. This isn't right & they still should've honored the booking price

Very well run and well maintained facility....staff is friendly and professional in both appearance and manner... Facility is quiet, clean & suites are perfect for an extended stay, as lots of storage space is provided as well as a desk and a kitchen area.

phone service and internet were bad , I was able to connect my phone and when other members of my family tried it would not let them and zero phone service maybe it was my phone company but that was the only down side . we would have extended more but that was an inconvenience .

Property was clean and next to a Publix.
I was charged for linen service at check and wasn't asked if I wanted it or not (was Reimburse after speaking with the manager about my charge), paid Wi-Fi sucks and shower pressure was low and water did not get hot.

Did they offer breakfast??? They didn't have a breakfast and very limited coffee hours.
Smells coming from other rooms cooking. And people with dogs walking the halls.
