Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Daytona Beach Speedway/Airport

We liked the location of the hotel to everything. Close to the airport, Dayton race track is right across the street, the beach was a 15 to 20 minute drive, and Embry-riddle campus- which was the reason for my stay. The hotel was very clean and staff was great. Complimentary breakfast in the morning, free on site parking and a swimming pool.

We had some issues with our television. The signal for the television went out on our stay so we had no channels the evening of our stay thru our check out at 12:00.

NOT A PAID REVIEW! The hotel exceeded my expectations! From the start I was able to get checked in early which was GREAT due to traveling for work. So THANK YOU to the two ladies that were at front desk at around 12:30pm at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The gym was good & had enough for what was needed (for me) didn't use the pool but looked nice. Had Free water in the lobby, Breakfast was great. ALSO the cleaning crew was great and friendly & I ended up chatting with them randomly, they even thanked me for staying when they saw I was headed out. Location was amazing! Was walking distance from restaurants & stores. Literally down the parking lot. Overall I will 100% book here again and already planning on it soon even if its for business or just to take a break away from my home town. As someone who has worked in the hotel/ hospitality industry for some time I Thank you for the great Hospitality!

The Fairfield is my preferred stay in Daytona. This is a great hotel with a friendly staff. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to a nice shopping area, restaurants, and new movie theater. The race track is across the street. If you are holding a meeting online or like more space, I would recommend the King suite that has a separate snd ample office/living area with plenty of workspace, extra screen TV and sofa bed. The room also has a microwave and mini fridge with a coffee maker.The hotel is clean and quiet at night. Full hot breakfast is available in the mornings.

This is my favorite hotel in the Daytona Speedway area and have stayed here multiple times. It is one of the newer properties in the area across from the Speedway. At the front reception, Spencer was welcoming and professional. If you like a room with more space, I would recommend the King Suite which has a separate living area with large work station, extra TV, and sofabed. Suite also has minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed area is comfortable with it's own TV. Property is quiet at night. There is a full hot breakfast in the morning with good choices.

locations! this is amazing you have malls, shopping center restaurants just next to you amazing area for walk and enjoy the Christmas decorations, clean and modern building, great breakfast even laundry room i case you need it! the only reason why I give 9 of 10 is the size of the room I feel like they are small for the price and after stay in a Hyatt you can feel the difference between the size of this hotel and the previous

Newer modern property minutes from I-95, steps from the racetrack, shops, restaurants, and minutes from a new movie complex. Property has plenty of parking. Daniel at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. For a bit more money, and if you like extra space, I would recommend the Studio Suite, which contains an ample living area w/ sofa, and a desk workstation and large TV. The sleep area has another large TV. Bed was very comfortable, room had double paned windows so very quiet. The hot breakfast was a plus! This is my second time staying at this property and will be back in July for a third visit.

Breakfast was decent - nothing amazing, but for a free meal, it was just what I expected. Coffee was hot and didn't run out. There was a pretty good selection.

There is a very strong smell in the lobby. It's not a foul smell, but something very perfumey like someone went crazy with an air freshener.

Clean, centrally located to Daytona Speedway. Beds very comfortable, clean spaces and quiet. Breakfast included, nice variety. Convenient parking.

Bar closed as someone on vacation, which seemed odd that only 1 person on staff to cover this service? Didnt offer any alternatives.

This hotel has an outstanding location in the Daytona one district of Daytona Beach. Conveniently located near Embry Riddle aeronautical University, Daytona Beach international Airport and the Daytona speedway. Lots of great restaurant options within walking distance. All staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful from the check-in staff to the food service staff. The continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It included scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, sausage and bacon, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, multiple types of bread options and coffee and tea.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was a bonus! I also liked the fact that they sent me an email with a link to purchase items we used during our stay (towels).

The lighting in the bathroom is very poor. They should install a shaving/makeup mirror because the mirror is to far away for applying makeup. Also, there should be an exhaust fan in the bathroom!
