Room , breakfast met our expectations. Staff worrked very hard to keep spaces as clean as possible.

My red bag with my laptop, planner and meds was left in the room by mistake. Had to call twice and was told no one had turnd in the items. Seems like the lost and found is just a shelf directly behind the front counter where it is easy for anyone to help themselves. I am not accusing any one, just hope the management has a policy in place that not turning in left items is a no-no.

Staff is awesome, breakfast is great value, kindness is always appreciated. I travel to US every year to visit friends and family, this hotel is my first stop when I arrive at Fort Lauderdale (since 2019), then in the last days of my travels I use to stay around one or two days before going back home. Last year I visit the hotel in Dec 2022 before new years' eve. The hotel was fully booked (standard and double rooms); however, Daniele (The manager) offer me a room upgrade at no charge. That's what I call best customer service. I would definitely return.

Surroundings are not breathtaking. It is like a industrial zone where trucks parks around the premises. Moreover, there is a railroad cross at 300 meters from the hotel, sometimes a slight (very very slight) vibration is felt on the upper floos (4th and 5th). Despite that, once you get in the hotel premises everything is clean, well conserved and managed.

The staff, the cleanliness, the pool, the breakfast and the price. Nonetheless, i missed the pancakes machine (available on dec 2020). If you get the internet speed and stability enhanced the hotel would have a 10 points rating.

The internet speed was a PAIN IN THE NECK. Last year I stayed in the same hotel and the internet speed and wifi was wide better (around 60mbps). Even though I'm on vacations, I need to get connected with my work trhough conference calls. Sadly, the internet speed was 10 mbps and do not even stand a single conference call. Everytime I made a call it always dropped off.

Nice property beautiful hotel. I live in the area but has to rent my house.

$100 deposit not listed on the app was told by staff “every hotel does this” mom rented a extended stay the same day at a different hotel and had no fee so they lie. Also next to a nightclub that’s loud as hell till 3 am so the peaceful rest I thought I would get was drowned out by a constant thud thud this from the beat of the nightclub next door

I loved the breakfast food hot and very tasty.i like that they had out tea and coffee around the clock.the staff was so kind.and the house keepers kelp my room looking fresh every day, behind 4 massy kids.i wish they had a jar for house keepers to tip.nice pool .and fitness center.

I can't say I didn't like anything .I loved it plan to go back again next year.

The rooms were very clean and the property had a nice fresh smell. Breakfast was good as options changed daily.

Even though the staff was friendly, my phone charger went missing from my room and no one seemed to know about it. I left it in the room and went out for the day, came back and it was gone.

The room was very clean and had good accomodations. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice welcoming atmosphere. The touchless pancake maker was also really cool and something I hadn't seen before.

The bed was a bit stiff, but I think that's more of a personal thing. As well as the sheets and blanket being tough to adjust. Anything I have to complain about is just me being nitpicky. It's also not like you can stop people from bringing their noisy kids along.

I liked the quietness of the hotel at night. I was able to sleep great partly because of the really soft bed that I was able to sleep in. So I was able to sleep through the night and wake up in time to make it to the airport to make my flight home.

The first room had a dirty tub that I couldn't take my bath in.

The staff is friendly, empathetic and generally awesome, both the late night clerk and the people at the morning desk. The room had a strange configuration with the sink right next to the door, but everything was clean and in good condition.

The pillows could’ve been more comfortable (they resembled square cushions) and the location of the hotel: it works if you’re bound for the airport, but it’s not THAT close and there’s nothing around unless you have a car.

location and customer service was ok, especially the housekeeping guy, very professional( too bad I forgot his name)

the wifi was terrible, I had to get external internet to help with my work. the wifi needs to be improved unless a lot of business clients will not use this hotel
