Was a great experience staying here. Would definitely go back.

Had no dislikes. Place was wonderful!

From the moment I arrived,up until the moment I left was a phenomenal experience.Everything you could have possibly needed or wanted was literally all thought out. Doug was also a vast fountain of knowledge on things to do and also suggested some hidden gems.To say Doug went above and beyond and exceeded any of my expectations would be and understatement. I 1000% percent will be back here sometime before this year ends.

The only thing that I didn't like was that my stay here was toooooo short. Wish I would have stayed a day or two more

Every single detail in the property is amazing. Room is spacious, well decorated, huge TV, VERY CLEAN and smells like the Ocean Breeze (love it!). Bathroom has a perfect size, brand new, and super clean also. Mini fridge filled with all type of drinks (from water to beer) and drawers filled with snacks. Pool has a perfect size and it’s heated. Breakfast is outstanding. Property location is PERFECT. Owner is super friendly, professional and makes you feel like and old friend you are meeting again after a few years…

Very well-maintained and very clean. Pool was ALWAYS warm anytime, whether it’s early am or late at night. There’s lots of snacks (granola bars, sweet and salty, Pringles, Oreos etc) and drinks (diet and regular soda, beer in cans) available for free stocked in the room and in the outside refrigerator. The owner was sincerely nice, respectful and always available. He lives on site i. a separate area and he never bothered us. And even when he’s around, his presence is always welcome because he is just so nice and engaging but not intrusive. There are only 3 rooms in the property so we got to use the pool a lot. We had a good time with the guests in the other rooms (5 guys total, including us) while lounging in the pool. We have different professions so we had wonderful conversations in the 4 nights that we were there.

Pleasant host, clean rooms, heated pool. Breakfast is well designed, access to properties keyless, exceptional service. Would recommend to friends and family.

This was my second time in this guesthouse and again we had an amazing experience. Doug (the owner) is always on top of every single detail. Room was spot clean and well decorated. Mini-bar was filled with all types of drinks (including beer) and drawers were filled with snacks. Pool had a perfect temperature and breakfast was good as well.

Conveniently located, parking was included, a lot of amenities, with plenty of privacy. Great communication with Doug, who greeted us late Into the night when our travel was delayed. We had so much fun, especially since he had Beach supplies for us to borrow for Sebastian Street beach. We had he shared breakfast area but our room also had fridge, microwave as well as a Kreurig. Easy Check in and check out process. Smart locks made it very easy.

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are so so nice. To me the place is a hidden gem. Doug the owner could not be more accommodating and just and down to earth super nice guy.. A truly fantastic stay. I can’t wait to go back.

Everything was fantastic

Everything. Doug is an excellent host. The location is perfect if you want to end your nights at the gay scene but away enough to escape the noise. And apart of the nice Room by the pool he offers extras that makes you feel like home. Suncrean, snacks, drinks, bluetooth speaker by the pool…We will definitely recommend it to our friends and we’ll choose it if we ever come back.
