I booked two rooms to spend time at the beach before heading on my cruise. I chose this location due to the beach being close. Unfortunately, it rained, I didn't make it to the beach however, we were not far from the outlet which I loved. The cleanliness of the rooms were great, with meticulous attention given to even the smallest details - fresh, crisp linens, sparkling bathrooms, and dust-free surfaces. The hotel's staff, was very helpful and friendly. Every employee, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team, exuded warmth and professionalism, offering prompt assistance with a genuine smile.

Not a terrible location, but not great either. Nothing much in the immediate area except Dunkin, Subway Sandwiches, etc.

Everything was great, from the food at the bistro for breakfast and dinner to the staff. 95% of the staff was unbelievably nice and attentive with always greeting you with smiles. The beds were comfortable except the pillows

The beds were comfortable only negative is they automatically provide down pillows instead of the alternative and they flatten out real quick, had to switch to alternative pillows. The bistro closed at 930, which if you are working later you may miss it, even changing it to 10 may help many!

Great staff, lobby store offered everything you could need and more. Located in a great area, close to everything, overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

The carpet and that there were no screens for the balcony/patio doors so you weren't able to let in fresh air.

The pool and staff was really nice

We had a few problems while there- 1. the phone didn’t work to call the front desk when 2. our lock to the room door got jammed and we had to walk downstairs to ask for help. 3. we also found a few ants inside the room on the table the first night.

Nicely landscaped, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Although located close to larger streets, the room was extremely quiet. Lively beach life, restaurants and bars are 4 to 6 minutes away by car or about 20 minutes walking. Windows are large and operable. Fire escapes are well placed for a positive sense of life safety.

Strong smell from household cleaners that fortunately dissipated rather quickly.

I enjoyed the size of the room, balcony, and that our ice machine we just outside the elevator on our floor.

Part of the reason I picked this hotel was the pool. It was smaller than appeared online, which isn’t a big deal because there wasn’t a ton of people in it. However, the water wasn’t the cleanest. It had white particles in it and a bit of dirt/leaves etc. I hated the iguanas that were there just roaming around the pool. It didn’t make me feel comfortable just walk freely around the pool or just lay out to get sun.

the slamming of stairway doors when you are in a room next to them the doors should have a quiet bar on them. housekeeping was in and out all day can’t rest. bed mattresses need changing they have big dips hard to sleep in a hole. also you might let guest know about feather pillows I am allergic and if I didn’t recognize it could have been a bad trip to emergency room

The room was nice and comfortable, the kids loved the pool. The staff was very nice. The location was perfect. It was very close to the beach and other places we wanted to visit.

The only thing that we didn't like to much was, that on the balcony was no safety net. I think it is not so safe on the 5th floor with kids.

It was very loud you could hear everything. The rooms were nice. It had a slight stench walking in. The pool was amazing ! We called for sheets and comforters for the pull out bed and never heard anything- 3 hours later my husband went out to the front and was finally able to get them.

Stench. Customer service extra blankets and sheets when we put 4 people in our room and there’s only one bed and a pull out mattress.
