Shuttle was very convenient and reasonable cost both from the airport and to the Cruise Dock. Free breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful.

Great shuttle to hotel and great shuttle to cruise port. Great breakfast. Bought wine to take with us on ship. Ate dinner right there. Great gift shop too. Room was clean !

Some of the front desk staff would rather be on their phones than serving customers, but the management went out of their way to accommodate us.

Had to wait over an hour for shuttle pickup at Fort Lauderdale airport. This is unacceptable..

My TV remote did not work and the staff took care of it very quickly. I liked that the staff made eye contact with you even if they did not speak your language. The check in was very quick and professional.

I would prefer hot scrambled eggs at breakfast instead of a cold cereal breakfast. I went to a local diner for breakfast every morning. There are so many rooms on the property to pick from on the Booking.com website. I chose an upgraded room / paid more, and found myself in a hallway across from a trash can. There were many rooms that cost less with a better view that I would have chose if I had the knowledge. Also, the short term parking, Park and Fly, took up most of the parking lot on the side of the building where I assigned to park.

The free breakfast was a nice addition, as were the free shuttles from the airport to the hotel, and the free shuttle from the hotel to the cruise ship. Their pool is so convenient and the garden area is beautiful. Even better, the level of caring was excellent. Izzy, the manager went beyond what he needed to do to help us out of a huge problem. We had an appointment scheduled but the taxi that we scheduled went to a wrong address, as did the second one. We had a scheduled appointment that we couldn’t be late for. He then offered to drive us to the appointment and waited for us to drive us back. This was going way out of his way to take care of us. We have stayed at this hotel every time we cruise out of Ft Lauderdale because of how wonderful the hotel and staff are!

Nothing can be improved on, it’s perfect

We had a good stay. Restaurant is open but more like a bar. Lots of cruisers, they had to ask one group to eat outside the breakfast area because they would take everything and leave nothing for other travelers. Lots of native birds in the area gave us a great sunset show.

Check-in was strange, almost like walking into a fast food restaurant. The line was like being herded like animals... follow the big lettered signs. They do not have enough people to handle so many people at times. Big glass windows made us feel unsafe, were they Bullitt proof?
