Nice place with friendly people

The cruise port shuttle wasn't a good experience. It was late, packed with people, and NO air conditioning. Should have just ordered an uber.

Check in was easy, view from our room was fantastic, I liked the desk space in the room for handling office work. The coffee pot was really nice, I appreciated that. And the shower was fantastic, bed comfy, etc.

Wish I would've known that parking had an additional cost, and breakfast had an additional cost. To be fair, they didn't imply that it was included, but it would've been good to have seen a note on their website saying something like "breakfast and parking available at an additional cost."

Love the rooms and the cleanliness. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfortable.

Parking is too expensive. Restaurant is very good but also pricey. Tvs could be updated. Also the shuttle to pick up from the airport took an hour. They said it's because there is 1 driver and they go to 2 hotels. Way too long to be sitting out there

Dinner was good. The room was big and very clean. The shuttle from the airport was good and nice they offered, at a small fee, a shuttle to the cruise port.

Most of staff was very helpful, housekeeping lady was RUDE!

1.Didn't like how they took 1st night stay without my knowledge in amt $152.55 ontop of $777.44+$100 hold for total of over $1000 until after I checked out. 2. Didn't like how you have to stay a total of 3+ night to even request housekeeping. We were there Wednesday-Sunday and got attitude from the RUDE housekeeper for requesting 2 extra towels!!

convenience to airport/cruise port. we arrived to fly out of Ft Lauderdale airport after 10 days in Naples FL and were pleasantly surprised by our choice of hotel. we checked in on May 5 and we’re met by James who checked us in. cordial and professional and he explained how the shuttle service worked for the next morning to the airport. We had dinner in the restaurant Kiki and it was very good as well as next morning we had breakfast which was included in our room price and it was a full breakfast not just continental. The shuttle service was excellent and runs hourly and we were at the airport in less than 15 minutes and no charge by hotel.

There isn’t much to not like but I will site two things. When we put the address in the GPS it took us in circles and we were very frustrated as there was so much road construction also. The hotel address should say 455 State Road 84 East and this would have saved us stress. We called the hotel and they were abrupt and rushed us off the phone because they had other calls so we were left on our own. We were going to drop off our car at Budget and when we found Budget satellite office not airport we looked across the street and lo and behold there was the hotel and the cruise ship port. The other issue was in one of the elevators the tile was cracking and you felt as if you would fall through so O would suggest the hotel addresses this issue.

if you are going on a cruise from here DO NOT use the hotel shuttle to the cruise shuttle. $15 per person versus $9 total for an Uber. otherwise a great hotel

clean,comfortable bed, nice large room looking over to cruise port. walkable to 17th st and many restaurants. lovely breakfast, just remember to get the coupon from reception if you have breakfast included as they need it.
