The location was absolutely beautiful!! Very quaint, quiet and we look forward to staying again! The ocean was seen for our room and lovely areas to sit and relax! Amazing private beach!!! We will be back next month!!!

Coffee in room

It is the first time I stayed in this city. This hotel is a very good location for beach and relaxing. At night it is close to the center of Lauderdale-by-the-sea. There is also Publix,cvs etc. on walking distance. Hotel has free park spaces for visitors and there is a very nice beach in front. The front desk is very helpful. Room has a full size refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen equipment. I will not seek for other hotels in the area again. Great for families as well. This place is very good for summer holiday.

Peaceful, serene location. Direct Ocean View, walking distance to restaurants, entertainment etc.

I leave 3 minutes away, i wanted to spend 3 days on the beach for my birthday. I was surprised to find a better rate in line that by physically stopping by the location. When i mentioned it was my birthday, the manager told me no parties where allowed, Im happy i didn’t pay attention, just my family came by, but there were no issues, rough start but everything worked out at the end

Location is fantastic--right on the beach, and just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants (and the pier) in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The motel has a very friendly atmosphere, and the price is very reasonable for beachfront accomodations. Grounds are well-maintained, room was cozy, and it was delightful to sit outside our room on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view and salt air. I'm torn--I don't want too many people to know about this place because it's such a hidden gem, but they deserve the good ratings and acclaim. :-)

It’s a perfect place for an over fifty crowd that enjoys the simplicity of vacation and retirement time in Florida! If you crave a quite life of reading, playing cards and games, swimming/enjoying the beach this is the perfect place!

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very pleasant and helpful. The resort was as pictured and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and heated. The suites were nice and clean and the pillows were amazing! I wanted to take them home with me! Will definitely stay there again.

The location is gorgeous. The pool is clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs and several tables with umbrellas. The grounds are lovely and well kept and the beach is just beyond the pool. The rooms are kept very clean and there are always plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds are clean and comfortable, including the fold out couches. They provide a beach bag during your stay with your beach towels in it that our group found very convenient, and they provided fresh beach towels when needed. There is a little breakfast room with a single cup coffee maker and a selection of coffee and tea, plus a varied assortment of danish, muffins, granola bars, and fruit every morning. Our group (a daily with 8 adults and 6 kids from age 5-12) had 4 rooms, each with a kitchenette. There was plenty of cabinet space for us to have our own food and beverages and there was an assortment of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans and supplies to clean them if you use them. There are beach and pool toys for the kids and beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. I’m saying a lot about this place because we had a wonderful time. It is a small place run by a very friendly and accommodating family. They take care of it with love and they treat you like visiting family. It is not a fancy modern hotel, it is a small lovely motel that is slightly dated but clean, comfortable, and lovely. I would most definitely go back and I will recommend it to everyone I know!!

There isn’t a single bad thing I can say.

The resort was very nice & serene. They had a complimentary coffee bar that was located right off of the patio/pool area that we enjoyed every morning. The efficiency apartment we had was clean & comfortable but could have been a little more updated. The view of the beach/ocean from our 2nd floor window, door & balcony was absolutely awesome!! The staff was very nice & accommodating. The beach is just steps away from the beautiful pool area. The resort is about 3 blocks from the main downtown area where there is restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, souvenir shops and just a 1/2 of a block away from the Publix grocery store. It was the perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

Room could use some updating

I love everything. Location perfect , right on the beach, spectacular view from the balcony and the bedroom, walking distance to the restaurants and stores, do not need to move your car for no reason. The rooms not the newest but the atmosphere is amazing in the hotel, they thought about everything from beach bag for you to use to all the supplies for the beach available for the guests. No coffee in the room but enjoyed the small coffee corner with always available fresh coffee, tea, sunscreen etc. together with all the photos that give soul to this place. Family run, amazing owners, always there for your needs. grill ready to use with all that you need with it just one more thing for amazing vacation. Will be back 🥰

The grounds were beautiful and the location was also fantastic.

The rooms are old and dated. A little small but this was not the most important thing to us, since we were outdoors as much as possible. There are lots of great lounging areas on the motel grounds with a beautiful beach virw.
