Homewood Suites Fort Myers Airport - FGCU

I stay here most times when in town for family events. I love Hilton branded hotels but this o e especially because it gives the amount t of space needed for me, my wife, daughter and grandbabies. The location is good and near several shopping opportunities.

Breakfast. It's extremely bland. Needs a little kick, maybe a different variety mix. Waffles egg frutatas and the meat need a little more excitement in flavor. I end up spending money on breakfast every time be ause the food is not very appealing.

breakfast was very good each day and the shuttle service is a great addition. The pool wad nice and warm as well. The coffee wad great to have always ready. The Wednesday night snack get together was nice.

The pool area was short of towels once in a while and maybe some more umbrellas would be nice since it gets really hot some days. In the rooms it would be nice if the tv service had a guide to check channels as it was very hard to search for a news channel or a sporting event without going thru every channel to see what was showing and having to push a number followed by a dash is really annoying!! My stay cost us around 374/night and for that I think a person should expect top service pretty much everywhere!!

This hotel was an exceptional value. The staff were amazing, at all time they were genuinely friendly and would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and / or help you with any problems or needs. Casey and Amanda in particular were very helpful prior to our visit helping me sort out a problem with Booking.com. The complementary fruit, coffee and tea stations were great to have. Everything was clean.

However there hotel overall was dated and the furniture in the rooms was well worn. The bed was lumpy and hard.

Everything. From the front desk, to the people serving breakfast to housekeeping. Was maybe the best hotel stay I have had in a long, long time.

Nothing. It was an amazing stay.

Location was great and the shuttle service was super convenient. The breakfast was amazing.

The internet was a little weak on the 4th floor at times.

Always nice personell, clean and comfy rooms and a good breakfast. Restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. Free car parking spaces directly in front of the building.

Very close to everything and perfect for relaxing after moving a child in for college. Staff was extremely helpful. They had just reopened breakfast buffet that was great and well organized.

I do not have anything that I didn't like

We stayed for 4 days and breakfast was the same every morning so I rated the hotel an 8, everything else was good.

Breakfast was great, my son enjoyed it

We like to sleep in so it was a little early, other hotels do that too so we understand. The time it has to be:)

Front desk had my bill total wrong to begin with but they were quick to correct it once I found the error. You should get it right to start with though 😊
