Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport

The breakfast was poor to average. Scrambled eggs were over-microwaved and dry, The sausage was just awful. The waffles were the saving grace for what could have been a terrible breakfast experience.

We received 2 room keys at checking. Only one key worked. We would need to return to the front desk daily for a replacement keycard that would work only once. Somewhat annoying.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to the airport yet far enough that you're not by the airport, if that makes sense. Great access to everything including interstate 75. 15 minutes from downtown. 30 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Naples. Very close to known and unique restaurants. Block in a 1/2 from CVS pharmacy. Our hotel room was extremely clean. Housekeeping staff was great to work with. They reset and cleaned our room everyday. which made it a joy to come home too. We were there for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. Everything worked no loud fan noises no loud air conditioner everything worked like it was supposed to. Did not swim him in the pool. Small exercise room was clean and equipment all worked. Front desk staff was very cordial and seemed concerned about each customer.

I have nothing that I did not like.

It was a convenient location with a comfortable bed.

I had an accessible room for my mom who needs easy access to shower and less walking….ended up at the furthest point from the elevator in one of the handicapped rooms with a step in tub 🤷🏻‍♀️ breakfast was basic….I was prepared from reading the reviews.

While staying at this location we had connection difficulties with our phone and relied frequently on front desk staff for help with completing calls,finding locations and even obtaining our fight pre boarding information. All staff were extremely helpful and appreciated by us .

10 minutes from RSW airport complimentary shuttle friendly and helpful staff clean and comfortable

breakfast was poor comprising of breakfast cereals, waffles, muffins and toast, very anaemic and unappetising scrambled eggs and meat patties the oj was undrinkable but the coffee was ok

Staff was friendly, helpful, and always greeted with a smile. The hotel was easily accessible to many of the surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds/rooms.

The laundry machines were dirty. I would have liked more outdoor patio space to sit and read a book and get some sun.

needs to provide better additions to the coffee like flavor creamer. sausage wasn’t good. was cooked in microwave or steamer. needs stove or oven and needs to be cooked well done.

The breakfast was very limited and they said due to Covid. I think that all hotels are using this as a reason for cutting way back on their breakfasts. However, what they offered was plenty of food and very good for my son. It was a Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuit that you heat in the microwave and muffins. My son loved it and it was great that I could get it and he could it eat it when he was ready later in the morning. It didn't bother us at all.

The handicap room was the farthest room from the elevator. Why? If you are handicapped and have trouble walking it is hard to go to the farthest room. Room was great. Just bad location in the hotel.

Very clean/organized lobby, hallways and rooms.

The breakfast closing time was too short open, maybe extending it to 11:00 AM.
