The pools. The beach was awesome. The veiw from room's balcony was wonderful. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The room size is big.

-No microwave, either heater not available. -Drinking water doesn't available at your room, you should ask the desk service (which is available with them to give you). -The bed base was terrible it is large than the mattress, I don't know it is in purpose as modern style or not, but many time hurts my legs. -TV, I couldn't find some thing suitable for kids, unless you should purchase some kids movies by period of time they offer you!

Location to the beach was excellent. The pools and outdoor spaces were beautiful. Our room was spacious

I did not like the restaurant situation. There was Prime and outdoor patio. There were NO other choices. No music, entertainment. Dull evenings. Breakfast was limited to standing on line and waiting. Many mornings the lines got longer and we left for 7 .11. Our room (suite) was outdated. Furniture needs a makeover. Not worth $600 a night. Our room was not serviced properly. We had to ask 2x for cleaning. In general, I would not stay here again. Too expensive hotel! I have beenan Honors AX for decades.

The daily itinerary of activities for the kids and in general. The pools were nice, the staff were friendly and overall we love staying there for the views and the facility itself.

We had some issues with our bathroom sink or toilet making a high-pitched squealing sound throughout the night and the coffee machine was awfully loud for an Nespresso. I wish there was also a better option for room service I'm not sure if you were able to call things in over the phone or not but we couldn't quite figure it out.

One of the selling points for us when we book a hotel is the pool. and this pool was awesome. Because there are three of them, it didn’t feel crowded. Plus the temperature was perfect. usually the pools in South Florida feel like bath water and don’t give you any refreshing relief from the hot Florida sun, but this one was perfect.

They didn’t offer room service. The food at the patio cafe was just ok and the SERVICE at the cafe STUNK! The prices were outrageous! my husband bought 4 bottles of water at the little store and it was over $45…and be careful when paying for things with credit card at the store, they trick you into thinking you have to give a tip…just keep scrolling through until it says $0. My husband got fed up and just hit the tip and ended up giving a $7 tip to the guy who checked him out at the store. needless to say I did return the items and got a full refund and they were very nice about doing it for me.

beautiful and very clean

was upset that they told me and my family they we could check out and stay at the pool and that they would allow us to shower and get ready for our flight. when they directed us to the spa we were told that our children could not use the facilities. we ended up flying home with chlorine and sun sweat. I was very upset because had they informed me correctly I could have made other plans. when I asked the manager about this she was very indifferent. it looked like she could careless. she offered an unapologetic apology.

the vibe it had was Amazing! Walked in to the hotel and I loved the live music playing people having a good time at the bar and seating area! Plus the pool and the beach access was top of the line!! Staff was very nice and very attentive!! Me and my wife Love it!!!

House keeping didn’t do our room all two nights we stayed. She did come in the second day but it was almost 3pm. But only asked if we needed anything.

Very large, beautiful with three swimming pools.

They need to change the breakfast serving system. I waited at least an hour each time and not everything that is on the display is displayed on their website. In general, it is not very convenient

Loved the property, amenities and how friendly most of the staff members were.

I didn’t like the lack of room service. We asked for blankets to be sent up and towels the next day to which the hotel said we would have to come downstairs and collect them even though it was late at night.
