Absolutely beautiful location on the beach with wonderful pools on the 9th floor, gym, bar & restaurant. the apartment is modern and spacious with very comfortable beds and huge terrace from every room.

the apartment is a little run down probably from overuse because it’s a great value. The elevators are slow because only 3 were working for 40 floors. Give yourself time to get to where you are going and plan to go down for the day, not go back and forth to the apartment multiple times.

That’s it right by the beach and food places are close by and the beach is a couple feet away

The couch was broken and the trundle was small to be even considered a bed, the bathtub was broken had to waste our vacation getting a plumber out, there was no light in one of the rooms, and only one elevator to get to the room so it took forever to make it to the room... also barely any toilet paper or trash bags for a 6 day stay.

the building is in a very nice location but the administration of this apartment did not meet the standard for reliability. they didn’t provide the wifi password, we had to write an email asking (they didn’t answer the phone they provided). We wrote asking for service on the kitchen sink when we arrived and they never sent anyone to fix it, we asked again, they promised to come but nothing happened. Not a good management.

Complete nightmare!! Avoid room 3002 and avoid booking through MRA only stay at the hotel not residences!!! We are going on day 5 with no wifi, and no TV. I paid $4000 to be ignored and not to be assisted in a timely manner. I needed the wifi for work and have lost money not being able to work from my room for 5 days now. They kept emailing me that the password is hyde3002 or Hyde3002 and I've tried everything and nothing works. I've messaged Alma and she doesn't even respond also emailed you directly and spoke to another guy that came here and couldn't fix it. This is just the beginning. Not to mention everything else that is wrong about this room. What did I pay $4,000 for???? Here is everything else that was a nightmare. the website is misleading and falsely advertising the room as a hotel and non airbnb. The day we arrived our room wasn't ready for 4pm check in. We had to wait an additional 1.5 hours so the cleaning crew could finish their job. We literally walked into them cleaning. The dishwasher was completely overflowing there were soap sods all over the floor. There was water everywhere and we had to use one of our very few towels for that mess. Not to mention that the bathroom sinks were extremely filthy and I have photos to prove it so please refer to them below. there is literally no room service, a phone number that we can call for service or anything. I don’t even know who To ask for towels and when we asked in the front they wanted to charge for new towels. The blinds in the bedroom are stuck and we cannot close it or open it and are being woken up every morning to the beaming sun. It has been stuck for days. And it fell right on my girlfriend she has a cut on her finger. Refer to photos below, And again we have no one to call for maintenance and both toilet seats are broken and you can refer to the photos below. My girlfriend sat on the toilet and she fell because the whole toilet seat moved. Extremely unacceptable.
