Since our room wasn't ready at check-in, they moved us to Silver Springs. Clean room that was recently remodeled. Bathroom was decent with so so water pressure. It's located a block from the beach. Staff was helpful since check in is at another location. The coffee was fresh at the free breakfast.

The free breakfast is a joke. It had very limited options of bananas, toast and cereal. The resort fee of $52 is a set price, which drives up the cost for a few day stay. Paying for parking with designated parking spots $18 per day.

This place is/ was perfect!!!!! The staff is super friendly and professional, while also being very busy, seeing that they manage several facilities. The beach is literally steps away with the best views ever. Don't let the pictures decieve you, this place was wayyyyy better than the pictures so clean and serene. I was traveling for a funeral and this was so everything I needed. Shops and stores and everything you need rt there the office is open 24/7 with a store I side, several pools and laundry rooms and 24 hour security, light breakfast and I just loved it I will definitely be back again. Kid and family friendly ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I didn't like it was time to go and maybe parking due to city of Hollywood.

I like the outside common area where they have available barbecue grills for you to use, the room was a decent size and comfortable. Location is excellent and very close to the beach, that was definitely the best point.

Hollywood hotels need at least the triple of the staff they have to keep up with the demand, for anything you need there is always a huge 30 minutes line to get to talk to someone from the hotel. The dryer machine from the laundry did not work, never got my clothes dry.

I’m from Hollywood and needed a little escape from life. It was comfortable and clean though dated. too close to beach to complain.

check in was a long line of only 3 stay so be patient. they didn’t explain how electronic look work until I realized my door wasn’t looking upon leaving room. The check desk staff was eating pistachios from shells in front of customers which I thought was appalling and still handling paperwork and credit card without any regards to guest.

It’s was a perfect location near my work !! Had to spend the night near the ocean and beat views on Hollywood beach !

The breakfast isn’t all that ! I wish they had more options than just bread and bananas. The juices were all warm ! Nothing cold

hot water tap on sink leaking when turned on at the supply valve on bathroom sink. it was turned off when we arrived so someone knows about it! could use a couple of chairs to sit in.

Your room was nice and clean we liked that the beach was so close to the room. It was nice and Quiet over the night while we were sleeping. I would like to stay there if we come back from Palm coast. So thank you.

Personal vas si good but, do a lot of things at the same time. Is take to long to do the check in because she was with me, answering the phone and resolve the issue with guests at n line, talk to others coworkers by the radio, leave me in the desk to be a cashier at the grocery store!!!! that is to much for one person and it take my time

Great location, great, friendly staff! 3 minute walk to the Broadwalk.

I wasn't a fan of the paid parking. Also was not a fan of the broken appliances in the courtyard. Lack of toiletries made it difficult, and we wound up buying more.

Check in for 22 small hotels all in 1 small ofc, after midnight it was a bit sketchy. Line was outside for over 90 minutes. You get which ever hotel they give you, not the one you book. Comparable rooms though.
