Couldn't beat the location and even though it was close to everything, it was very quiet where we were. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our prior to check in requests. The room was immaculately clean and was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay in the future.

We stayed at the Dolphin several years ago and enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the close access of the beach but also because of the nostalgia associated mid-20th century travel lodging. As with our first stay, this one did not disappoint us either. The suite was clean and well supplied.

The only real downside is the parking issue during holidays and weekends. It can be a little frustrating when your assigned spot is filled by someone else, whether staying there or not, but be cause of the location and limited space for parking, it was already something we had anticipated during our visit several years ago.

Always clean when we have stayed. Washer n dryer available to use. The location is great!

Paying for parking, should be included in your stay price in my opinion. Water pressure in shower leaves a lot to be desired and took a while to get warm water in the shower. Dishes supplied, but no dish clothes or dish soap. Would be great to have room darkening curtains in the rooms. At night, the outside lights shine through the shades.

The Dolphin was right across the street from the beach. It had all the basics in the room. The beds were comfortable and we liked that there was a kitchen in the room. There is also a washer and dryer in the back of the property.

I did not like that there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom shower leaked constantly.

The location was very good. The room was charming and very close to the beach, just few steps from the boardwalk and the beach. A nice place for "people watching". The little one of 4 really enjoyed his "people watching" time. The room is exactly as in the pictures. Small but comfortable. The bathroom very small but totally acceptable for beach goers.

no dislikes. Don't expect 5 star facilities. It's a great stay for a family with kids.

If you want to be near the beach the location is A+

Definitely none of the percs or amenities of a chain hotel.

The room was beautiful. There were a couple of chairs, a remodeled bathroom, full kitchen with table and the most comfortable king bed I've ever slept on. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was steps from the beach and Broadwalk. All in all a great experience for the price.

The place is obviously older and you could see swelling from water damage on some of the walls. However, the price and amenities outweighed these minor issues.

Love the location because it’s so accessible and not as busy as further south on Broadwalk. staff accessible and always helpful. have stayed at dolphin and Sun Beach Inn prob 5 or 6 times total between the two and always go back. good value.

Hadn’t been to Hollywood for prob 3 yrs and thought Dolphin looked somewhat run down since last visit. having said that, it’s understandable considering what has gone on everywhere for last 2 yrs, and didn’t change my mind about what I enjoy about location of both properties.

I booked this hotel because it your add said free parking!!! Then when I get there they charged $10.00 a day for parking . That added another $50.00 to my stay . No I’m not happy with this hotel nor booking . Com
