I am beyond thrilled with my experience here! Bill at the front desk was so funny, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We received coupons, menus, and tips about the area and all it had to offer. The room was always clean and we always had shampoo, soap, and other amenities. We loved being able to walk across the bridge in the inlet every day; it was beautiful and right in the backyard. The hotel is also a great location for all the restaurants, activities, and sight seeing around Jupiter. We'll definitely be back!

Front desk staff, especially Bill, were all courteous, with lots of good local info. We had a short stay so did not automatically get housekeeping though we could've requested it. I was fine with that, but we had to get extra towels from the front desk. Fantastic location on the Jupiter Riverwalk! Loved being able to walk along the water in the mornings. Close to Jupiter beach and Roger Dean stadium. This will definitely be at the top of our list if we come back for Spring Training.

Honestly the only issue I had was the shower curtain didn't stay put and we got water on the bathroom floor. But the room and bathroom were clean with nice, modern decor.

Location was what we expected. very nice. Breakfast was ok as a free hotel perq. Room was clean and comfortable.

During our check-in, a young man in a winter coat and wool hat walked in, took a free granola bar and proceeded to the breakfast area for a free juice. He then walked out and straight to our car and checked to doors to see if they were locked. He walked back in, took 3 more granola bars and proceeded to the breakfast area. We pointed him out three times to the staff person who finally said "I know." We were very concerned for the rest of the evening that our car would be vandalized as this person was obviously not a hotel guest but allowed to roam the property and scavenge for free items.

Location was excellent and close to relatives I was visiting. Also right by the river walk and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

the hot portions of the breakfast were disappointing consisting of reconstituted eggs, sausage patties and discount store white bread, bagels and English muffins. on plus side nice selection of quality brand yogurt and fresh fruit every morning and coffee and orange juice were both excellent.

Location location location. wonderful right on the River walk. absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. loved the pool. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bill was great with his knowledge of the area and deals. breakfast was good. loved the coffee all day long!

Bathroom fan was too loud and didn’t work. a hot tub by the pool would be nice.

Great check-in, guy at the desk in the morning Bill was exceptional! Give that guy a raise! Gave us some coupons and notes on the area. We got tips to get around and was super helpful. It was a beautiful location, easy access to the pool and wasn't too crowded. Great view and great value.

The only thing I can say is that the shower curtain could have been longer, with two of us showering it leaked a little bit in the bathroom. Other than that it was a very very very good stay!

Comfortable accommodations, great location, reasonable price for this area. Actively being renovated, done discreetly so as to not bother guests, & really freshens the decor.

1. Breakfast was reheated frozen eggs, potatoes, etc. Unappealing, after second day. 2. Did not see effort to recycle newspaper, plastic bottles, etc. Being located on a waterway, don’t we want to protect our planet from pollution, keep plastics out of landfills, help our wildlife & oceans? 3. Tons of styrofoam used in kitchen. It’s pandemic, but in 3 weeks, we saw many other properties do better. Thus, our suggestions.

The location as well as the free hot breakfast were definitely a plus. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The pillows were terrible and would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room. Could have had a little more variety of hot foods offered at breakfast… it was the same thing every day.

The folks at the front desk, especially Bill were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I meant to leave a tip for the Lady who did that and got away without doing that, so sorry. She was very nice. The places Bill suggested for us were great.

I'd like to have easier access to the walk way along the water. And towels provided for the pool.

1. great location. right on intracoastal waterway. boardwalk leads to several (high end) restaurants & Yacht Club. 2. protein (eggs, sausage) + all the usual carbs @ breakfast 3. staff work as team to provide comfortable accommodations. Some visitors return each year.

Maids open doors to air out but wish windows could open.
