This was our first time using Hampton Inn & suites even though I have been a Hilton Honors member since 2015,The hotel,the staff,the management and facilities were excellent,The room was large and had a small kitchenette with sink,microwave and fridge outside of the hotel was a nice swimming pool that we did not use and a pagoda with 8 rocking chairs,All of the staff we very nice and helpful especially the guy who checked us in and the manager whoes name I think was Elenore who greeted guests every morning in the breakfast area.It was a short walk or 5 minute car ride to the beach.

Hotel breakfast was great, staff was friendly. When we walked in to check in it was someones birthday and that was cool to see the staff cares about eachother. You dont find that at most businesses. Its nice to see when its not just about the numbers and people are cared about. Thats how you keep staff engaged and retained.

I didnt experience anything negative at the hotel. It was a really great experience.

Location, comfort, great breakfast (the lady that works at weekend is so caring and helpful).

The elevator was closed for many days, and it was a long way walk through the corridor to get outside. Also, the windows in rooms are sealed, which is a pity, because we needed a fresher air inside the room as we had to turndown the air conditioner at night to sleep without noise .However, the ventilation system seemed to work, as well as the air conditioner under the window .

The staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast did everything she could to make everyone's breakfast wishes come true! The rooms was very spacious and very well taken care off. Nice clean room, bright and quiet, perfect for what we needed during and after a 17 hr wedding work day! This one will go on our list for working in the Palm Beach area! Thank you for a nice experience at a great value!

The very best thing this Hampton has to offer is the delightful and smiling young lady who greeted at 10:30 the night we arrived who was also at the counter with the smile when we came down for breakfast. Hampton needs many more Luke Stephanie. She is gracious, helpful, pleasant, very ready to assist with anything she can. She is a definite plus for this location.

The breakfast was adequate but the morning the ‘breakfast lady’ overslept and it was pretty sketchy was not a good experience.

Decent business center, great breakfast, and comfy beds.

I think they should tell guests that if you check in an hour before, you're subject to a $50 surcharge. I had called and emailed about early check in several times and no one mentioned it until the day of checkin. There is one younger front desk girl who needs to work on her customer service skills, everyone else was excellent.

was so clean . the space on the room was excellent. the bathroom new, spotless and great size. Pool are is perfect , there was towels ready to use and the atmosphere was so chilling. The breakfast was perfect , several options (healthy food, bakery , eggs ….)

Clean with good facilities. Near to beach & restaurants. A mender of staff was in agreeance there should be more catering for people with allergies, made me feel " heard".

No gluten free options for breakfast except fruit & yogurt. Staff could not tell me if the hot food was contaminated with gluten as they did not have knowledge of the allergy.

Breakfast was great nice choices the woman who served was a hard worker. Location was a quick 5 min car ride to beach

I asked to just have our bed made (linen change not necessary) and fresh towels. Did not happen I asked again and again…. Did not happen. Girl at front desk never once smiled in 4 days

very clean, staff was attentive, continental breakfast was actually pretty good. and they have complimentary coffee available all day. we visited Juno after 3 days straight of fishing so I desperately wanted to wash our clothes… their guest laundry room was great and well maintained.
