My husband and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary for the weekend! Property is beautiful! The room was spacious clean and comfortable! Enjoyed having a Spa tub in our room as well! The staff is friendly and the do offer many fun activities. Also, very close to resturants and other attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando. We will most definitely be back with our kiddos next time

Only thing we did not care for is the early check out with no exceptions. Never stayed anywhere that you couldn't request a late check out. Personally after fun-filled days exploring/walking everywhere can be tiring and having that extra hour or two helps tremendously! Check out was 10:00 a.m. The cleaning crew was knocking on our door to hurry us up to get out at 8:50 am. I thought that was pushy.

The researchers tried was beautiful. The suite we were is was large and very pleasant. Everything about the resort was top notch. enjoyed ourselves very much.

There is not enough parking for the amount of guest staying at the resort. when u come back in the evening there r no parking spots available. you have to park on the grass in the dark. The workers at the resort also take up parking spots with their golf cart. this is unacceptable to me.

Accessible, lovely property, looked like lots of amenities but we were just there for overnight stay so did not take advantage of any of the amenities - simply checked in, went to dinner (many locations available nearby), slept and then checked out early in morning.

Two German roaches ran out of microwave when we opened to warm cup of water for tea. No other signs of pests but this was a bit off-putting.

good size room and fully equipped kitchenette general location and close to Disney parks

we only stayed for 3 nights so didn’t qualify within cost of our stay to have our rooms cleaned, bed linen changed or fresh towels replaced on a daily basis- we also had a toilet ( the only one in room ) that blocked itself on occasions

Good location. Granddaughter loved pool. Rooms nice but you need more kitchen items.

I arrived by Uber so When I showed up with my bags, I asked front desk staff where my building was. They pointed toward pool and said behind that. I am 73 and that was too vague for me. I tried to find it but I gave up. I came back to lobby area and just sat there until I calmed down and then gave it another try. This time I asked guests along the way for directions. It was a long walk with bags. Honestly, clerks at desk totally ignored me. An older woman by herself apparently does not count to your young staff.

The villa was spectacular. My family had a 3 bedroom, and 11 of us fit very comfortable. Beds were and even sofa beds were very comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi tub. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The resort events were awesome, a lot for the family really didn't have to leave the resort. Location is supreme on Hwy 192 everything there, all stores, restaurants, flea markets, shopping stores and Old Towne. Front desk staff was very nice and professional..

There wasn't anything I didn't like except on check out day the housekeepers stood outside our villa for 45 minutes and it was mad disrespectful like they were rushing us.

The facilities are fabulous! The beds are big and just so comfortable. Lovely pools with loads of sunbeds. There's a great snack bar with a good choice of food and drinks, housed within a handy shop where you can buy essentials. The location is perfect, just off the 192 with some fast food outlets within safe walking distance. Fantastic entertainment each evening in the Star Bar varying between DJ, live performers and karaoke. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff in all areas.

The metal coffee table, it makes such a noise when something's placed on it!

Omg! Where do I start! Little hiccup at check-in but Shaniq (hope I'm spelling her name properly) resolved the issue and came up with a solution (where her superior could/would not!) I love staff like Shaniq who are resolution-orientated. And she was so sweet and polite during the whole process. Please give this lovely lady a promotion! I've worked in plenty of 4/5 star hotels and this lady is a gem! We ended up getting the BEST villa in the resort in my opinion! The balcony with the alligators and turtles outside every morning was a dream! The 3 pools were amazing and accessible to people with mobility issues. The kids pool was heated which was amazing. The pool bar staff was lovely. The shop/restaurant was so handy for any little bits that you forgot to bring with you (but the convenience came at a cost). The free parking was a bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The floor in the villa was FILTHY and hadn't been washed in a very long time! I've seen this on other reviews so it must be an ongoing issue with cleaning staff but everything else was clean.

We got an updated villa that was really nice and spacious. Im sure eventually the appliances will be updated as well. Our room was clean. Staff member that came to oir room to switch out our not-working remote, was very friendly. We only stayed one night but wouldn't mind staying again.

Too many rules by the pool area! Tons of pool floaties and toys but you cant throw a ball the size of a hacky sack. Husband got told it wasnt allowed with my kids. Yet deinks were allowed in the pool. Also, pool towels are so cheap and thin. We were told that we could only check in in person at noon to see if our room was ready but could still use pool. We sat by the pool for almost 3hrs!!!!! We could have stayed at our previous resort if we knew we had to wait so long. The front desk guy was not helpful/not knowledgable of what needed to be done.

The location was close to where we were going for a cheer competition we were competing at. The rooms were great and the amenities were good. The staff members that we met on the very late night we checked in were wonderful, even helping us out and putting us in an available ground level villa, as opposed to the 3 floors up as originally booked, because they knew I had an infant and had an extraordinarily difficult travel experience. This was without me even thinking about how it would be easier and asking for ground level.

Some of the doors need to be looked at for the locking systems, and the outlets may need updating, as they are loose.
