I don't understand the bad reviews. We're not the easiest people to please, and this place was REALLY worth the money. We got a 2 bdrm, 3 BATHROOM suite with a full kitchen and a balcony, for less than a tiny hotel room. Could it use a face-lift, sure. But it was very clean and the employees could NOT have been more kind.

Could use some sprucing up, but it was perfectly fine.

Staff are all SUPER NICE, eager to help, and personable. This is our third time at this property in the last year. Location, fantastic. Cleanliness is excellent. And quiet hours are enforced, which we really appreciate. LOCATION is perfect. Airport close, and all Disney even closer, about 15 minutes or less. We look forward to staying here again. GREAT VALUE.

We liked everything about it. No complaints at all.

Loved everything about my stay. And for a great price, The staff , room and pool was lovely, my babies loved it. My oldest stayed less than 10 minutes away visiting family so I was happy it was really close to her. Close to a lot of things , overall our stay was wonderful Check in and out was good Very friendly, nice and respectful staff We will be returning soon

There was nothing to dislike

We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning with coffee watching the wildlife play and in the evening after a long day of activities relaxing with a drink sitting out there enjoying the wonderful weather. Everyone we had contact with was polite and friendly. Nice accommodation and very clean. Great value and close to parks.

The sofa could have been a little more comfortable it could use some better sofa cousin.

What did we like???Nothing!!!!WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! Great location anything you need or want to do is within a few miles.All the comforts of home with full size kitchen and living room with separate bedroom two full bath one has jacuzzi as well!!!this place has everything you need from all the kitchen utensils to free laundry!!!Not to mention super cute and extremely clean!!!what more could you want??the staff all are amazing and very helpful.All this for a wonderful price!!out of all the places this is by far our favorite !!!!!

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom and great kitchen facilities . The pool area was nice and the gym was great ! Very new with ga good range of machines . Having a games room was a bonus as we could hand out here until check in time .

The bath wasn’t clean when we arrived

that they close at 11pm so there’s no way of contacting them after hours if locked out your room. I called the number after 11 pm though I was locked out my room. no answer and no response back until following day of checking out. thank god I had a spare key cause if not I would of been locked out my room to the following day when business hours opened

I was not told by booking.com, nor the property that I had a certain amount of days I was allowed to stay. I didn’t learn this fact until 9:30 in the morning when I called the front desk at the vet to tell them I extended my stay, and I was told I needed to check out.

I loved the Jacuzzi tub

I had prepaid ahead of time, so when i checked in they were supposed to take a 100.00 security deposit, the next day i checked my account and they had charged me the full amount. Now i have to wait for them to reemburse the money back into my account.

i loved our two bedroom, and it featured a third bathroom. My kids and I, all had separated bathrooms. The beds were great.

I don’t like the fact that I couldn’t contact the front desk when I had a problem, and I had to go down there. TMI, but we got )(vomit) sick from our food from somewhere else, and my toilet was clogged. it was within business hours, but no one answered. I had to actually go to the lobby to get someone to look at it. What he did worked for the time he was there, but it still wouldn’t flush the rest of our time.
