Good location. The beach is in 2 blocks (very close). The bus stop is next to the building and you can go to downtown easily from there. Renovated apartment. Very clean. Extra towels were in a closet. No bed bugs.Communication with the host via messenger, no calls, I haven't even seen anybody from staff and I like it.

There was some sort of bad smell in the corridor near elevator first couple of days, but nothing in the apartment itself. One lamp didn't work above the bathroom mirror, but it really isn't a problem at all. Hairdryer isn't working, but I had mine. No oven.

Restaurant down stairs has music from 9am to 1am every day. It’s was great for us but if you want a quiet place don’t go. Some insects appeared in bathroom and kitchen, but not too much as old comments said. Light buttons were old and a bit difficult to press. Some kitchen utensils, fried pan and metal containers for over were missing. All those things can be solved easily

We loved the location. It wasn't far from the beach and shopping areas. It was very quiet despite being so close to the Ocean Ave. which is a street over. It really was a nice little apartment to stay at for our visit.

I'm assuming the guests before us were smokers because the room really smelled of cigarette smoke and they had also removed the smoke detector. We had to use glade plugins and Lysol spray to get the smell out, but there was still a lingering smoke smell that wouldn't go away. I wouldn't blame the property for that though.

Great location in the heart of the Ocean drive. However need to advise that our apartments were not same as on the picture but were changed 2days before arrival by staff. All equipment which was declared initially was the same in this apartment. Clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, convenient bed and enough space for our family. We had some issues during our stay, but staff reacted very quickly and was very helpful.

Noisy neighbourhood till early morning hours, but what can you expect if you leave just on Ocean drive between night clubs.

Dirty. Filthy. Disgusting. I had to go out and buy my own bed set the one they provided had burn marks and blood on them… house had a weird stink smell soon as you walk in and enter the apartment. Safety wasn’t there at all for this location. A guy outside selling weed knew the password already due to my hands being occupied and he saw I had my hands full.

The location was everything for me and my family. The place wasn’t exactly how it looked on Booking but we made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves

The place was outdated with the style but when you coming in just to sleep it didn’t matter at all.

The room condition was so nice and staff was so friendly. They texted back quiet early And they allow to put luggage in there office before check in There is laundry room on the hallway

They offered residential parking place for 20$ per night, but it was so hard to find a place to park. The parking lot near there is also same price (20$ per 24h) so it's better to use that parking lot

The location was just amazing. Before I say anything I must say, I will definitely rent from this person again and this unit again. I did not expect perfection. I enjoyed the location so much that I won’t even mention the little things.

The one thing I will mention and did not like was the room had serious roaches. It made the trip less comfortable and I feared bringing them back with me. Someone did randomly stop by the property stating they were pest control so maybe it was time for a spray or something.

Good location, near bars, clubs and supermarkets. And clean! I was amazed how good the staffs are, is so rare to find staff that really consider their client’s needs. The staffs were always available. Specially to Barbara. For sure we will come back again!
