The suite was very nice and the location was excellent!

Our stay was mostly interrupted by a very noisy guest that constantly stomped, fell across their suite, and set off alarms. If they were moved to a ground level suite, our stay would have been pleasant.

The room exceeded our expectations due to it's size, cleanliness and location. The hotel offered unlimited free drinks between 5pm-6pm, which was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff like David.

The only slight problem was that we were told that the room was only cleaned every 3 days that we were there, on our 3rd day it wasn't cleaned but we went to reception and they gave us the fresh towels and changed our bedding straight away. They also didn't have luggage storage for us when we checked out for our later flight.

Location was very ideal in the center of everything soon we were able to mainly walk to all restaurants shopping stores and beach unless we needed to go off the strip. The room was very large and was very convenient having a full kitchen. The one bedroom apartment was super clean felt COVID-19 safe and they had more than enough space to accommodate a party of 5 though it was only two of us. A little splash pad pool outside was cute but it would have been nice to at least have a full size pool.

There wasn’t anything to do on site, Two days out of form it rained on and off. Though it was still beautiful it would have been nice to have a pool when we weren’t able to be at the beach.

I was able to check in early and get an extended check out. They were very accommodating especially for a last minute booking! Was very pleased with the room we got, it ended up being wayy better than the first hotel we stayed at. Next time I'm booking my stay here! We got a one bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Decent size living room and kitchen, it was unexpected but amazing to have the extra room! Wish we stayed longer here.

Not a thing

I enjoyed every part of this 5 nights stay. The 2 bedrooms apartment was very spacious, just like on the pictures. Well equipped kitchen, rooms were clean, AC was working great, it was calm despite the proximity of the 'party neighborhood'. The beds were amazing which resulted in an unbelievable quality of sleep. We had fresh towels delivered on request, beach towels were provided as well, coffee maker and coffee tabs in the room, room service on request, small pool not too busy to enjoy some time on a nice patio. Amazing location, just 1 block away from the beach and close to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities. The staff was exceptional, probably one of the best I've experienced. We have been welcomed by Ruth and Santiago (General manager) who were supportive and available at any time, for any kind of request just to make the guests satisfied. They've allowed for an early check in and a late check out to help us handle our traveling plans and time. If I go back to South Beach, I'm not going to look for any other place to stay in. They didn’t bother us and we were a tab loud

That when 10:15 came around they were knocking on door to clean and checkout is 11am I don’t like that it make me feel rushed so I left 30 mins early before check out

Room location was great. We just weren't able get into our room. There was some type of key loc issue. Maintenance had come fix when entering. It was extremely hot waiting.

The wait for door lock be fix. Several other guests had same issue.

Great location on Collins in heart of SOBE just a block from Ocean Drive and beach. Spacious, well appointed suite and great value with mid week deal. Friendly staff and even a complimentary happy hour daily. Nice restaurant and bar on site too. What's not to like?!

Weird streaming only TV service and one TV not connected to network, but no biggie. Didn't visit SOBE to watch TV.

location and shops around it

sticky floors for some reason…a bit old doors inside the bathroom and between rooms or kitchen if you stay in the suite like I did ,otherwise good overall Coffee machine available but no water to make a coffee especially if arrive late night at hotel and have to wake up and you just look at the machine but no water to prepare it…

Location was great! Plenty of space. Perfect for two people. Great price for the location. Super close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Target was super close so we were able to get things to make our stay very comfortable.

The room wasn't cleaned very well after the previous guest. The bathroom had hair in it and food remnants on the stove and in the drawers. There wasn't enough working lights.accommodating. Pictures on the website seem dated and are a little deceiving.
