The room size was great! The location is good - easy to explore different districts from. The staff were helpful with any questions. Good value for money.

Our room had the view of the building's fans. Essentially zero view of anything interesting. So unfortunately we couldn't open the windows or it'd be far too loud. Also, our coffee machine didn't work properly. We were bummed the rooftop lounge was under construction. This info was not listed when booking.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. Convenient location, clean room, and friendly staff.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, the room was stylish and spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping, as well as the bay.

The hallways smelled kind of musty. In addition, I chose this hotel over others because of the rooftop bar, but found out upon check in that it has been closed for 3 years.

Staff where excellent. The hotel Which I understood was a Bank in its past life. Had some nice architecture. It certainly wasn't cooky cutter, Thats for sure.

I was a little concerned as to the many Homeless people that where sleeping in the doorways.As a Senior solo traveller I had to be very aware of my surroundings at all times whilst out walking close to the hotel. I understand the problem .But it did come as a shock that in Miami there where so many people in dire straights.

The front desk help was great, especially Lauda-I’m sure I’m not spelling her name right. But, she recommended places to eat, where to shop, directions anything we needed. She was wonderful. She recommended Versailles restaurant in Little Havana and it was excellent!

the location is pretty good, you have tons of food options within walking distance the room was pretty for a price, clean there is fridge, safe, iron in the room

this is a small hotel, so there is no business centre or washer/dryer on the property there is a glass door to washroom so you can see person’s presence over there (in case it’s critical for you) there is a night light in the washroom that is always on, but we put a paper bag in front of it and it was okay

The staff were really friendly. The building was really cool (an old bank) and everywhere was really clean. The room was lovely and modern.

We stayed in multiple hotels during our time in Miami as we did a bit of a road trip and this one was a little noisier than the others we stayed in. Not from outside traffic noise, but we could hear people in the hallway opening and closing doors and getting in and out of the lift and I felt we weren't even that close to the lift. I chose this hotel as it was close to our car hire drop off point but we stayed in better locations during our trip. That's not to say that it's a bad location, Miami is so big this hotel would be good if this is the location you need to be in!

Great location. Perfect distance from the cruise port. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower water did not drain away properly and came out into the bathroom floor. Had to use the towels to stop it spreading any further. Other than that Perfecr 👍🏻

Overall a really nice building with modern amenities and spacious rooms. There are free toiletries given to you that are very nice and look premium. The architecture of the building is lovely and the location is ok. You will need to walk a few blocks to any restaurants/attractions. But no more than 15 minutes or so. .

The only downside to this hotel was that it was advertised as soundproof which unfortunately I don't think it is. This is no fault of the staff though, the hotel is an old renovated building so I imagine the walls are very thin. Sadly I heard my neighbours often and people in the hall way each night. Just as as FYI the area opposite appears to be an older shopping complex that is a bit run down so it seems a little 'bleak' during the day and you will most likely be approached by people asking for loose change etc.

The room was very spacious & the bed was very comfortable.

The mini fridge made a loud noise during the night but I unplugged it while we slept so there was no noise
