We stayed in a two bedroom suite that was very spacious and great for our group of 5. There were 4 bathrooms in total. The beds were comfortable. The pool was small but nice and refreshing. The staff was very nice. Omelette/egg station was a nice touch but sometimes 3 out of 4 mornings we were there, there was only one cook instead of two and seemed like a lot for them to manage. 13-min walk to the beach which was a very quiet and clean beach.

Didn't have microwaves in the rooms but there were some in the lobby near breakfast area. Could have had more fruit variety for breakfast like berries, grapes, different types of cheeses and meats. There should be more tables set up for breakfast time inside and outside as people were acting like vultures trying to swipe tables and chairs. The gym is very nice but there needs to be fans inside because it gets very hot due to the large windows facing the bay. Jacuzzi didn't work which was fine but there should be a sign that says that somewhere.

The hotel design in a very luxurious taste. Rooms are big and we had a very nice view to the river. Good location for whose looking for quite place and a good beach.

The pool is not working. Poor breakfast.

The room was spacious with clean lines and decor. Having two baths made from a more relaxing stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We had our own private patio table; that's a big plus has we prefer to eat take out lounge need the water. There fresh beach towels on the lounges each day. The linens looked knew and were luxuriously soft. There is a good sized mini ridge and functioning coffee pot. The WIFI speed was good and the TV sets were appropriately sized to the areas mounted. The common sitting area is bright, welcoming, and well-appointed. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and make you feel pampered.

I would have liked to have the coffee replenished each day in the room.

Room is big and we love the separation of the kid's beds from the parent's bed even though it is not a suit. Wifi is super strong and available everywhere. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. For a family with small kids, the pool is great. The water was warm and nice, and the area next to the pool is nice and shadowed to sit at while watching the kids play.

Breakfast was very simple. there were 2 days the omelet guy was sick so there were no omelets... No fruits (only oranges and not always) Would not count on the breakfast that much... But there is a great "Pura Vida" resto just infront ;)

View was great. The room was very nice and the 2nd bathroom was a real asset.

Breakfast was boring; would have appreciated change of pastries and muffins, perhaps oatmeal, more fruit. Housekeeping wasn't consistent; for example, wash cloths and tissues were not replaced. Staff was friendly but at times it was difficult to clearly understand or make ourselves understood. Your website says laundry service available. The reception clerk had no idea what we were talking about.

Breakfast was wonderful! Loved that this hotel has a chef prepping fresh cooked breakfast! And location was very close to the beaches and many stores very convenient

I would of loved if we had access to the dock to be able to fish in the bay. But that is all everything else was amazing!

the property was beautiful and clean. close to many things

hot tub didn’t work. it was never warm and colder then the pool. staff didn’t always cleanup after some guest had a party and left food and cups everywhere. when looking up the property it address is on the beach after booking you are placed in a second facility

Great location, near restaurants and shops. Easy to get car from valet. Great view of the water.

Yappy dog next door left in room for several hours. Staff said they would relocate them but did not. My daughter was trying to rest after surgery so it was very inconvenient.

I really like the location, which is walking distance to Bal Harbor shops and there’s a good selection of restaurants across the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a water view and lovely patio which I used often.
