The staff were very nice and accommodating. Gabriel in particular, was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel property is in an ideal location. The shopping plazas are in walking distance to the property which was very convenient for my family and I. Overall an excellent stay. This was my second time staying there and will definitely not be the last!

From shuttle driver, front desk check-in, delicious dinner in restaurant (don't let size fool you, it's a full service little restaurant & bar) with great breakfast. ALL staff was helpful & willing to help in any way. I'm a senior travelling with 13 & 15 year old grandkids. This hotel provided relaxing a 2-bdm unit, comfy beds & couch-bed. We all enjoyed our overnight stay.

What an awesome hotel, great price, friendly staff. Kitchen was huge and had everything we needed for one night. Room was absolutely amazing, huge, clean, separate bedroom, and a easy pull out couch in the living room for the kidos. And we were checked in very early, which was a nice surprise since we were booted off our cruise ship a lot earlier than we thought we would. It felt so good to get in here and just relax. My kids loved the pool. It is in a great location too, there is a chipotle, panda express and Publix, CVS all within walking distance. Was able to get an uber in this area at 5 AM for a ride to the airport because they dont start running their shuttle til about 6 am. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!!

room was awesome. though a 1 bedroom was said to be available for us, it was nice to learn when we arrived that changes were made to accommodate us in a 2 bedroom suite. My family and I were shocked and it really made our a nice ending to our two days cruise and weekend stay in Miami. We took a ride to the store via uber and then we hung out at the pool and then had dinner at the hotel restaurant. My family was really surprised and it really wrapped up our vacation in a very special way.

Staff is really kind and helpful. The room is perfect for families, as they have a small (but well equiped) kitchen separate from the room, allowing parents to relax and cook without disturbing the kids if they are sleeping. Rooms are clean and confortable, Wi-Fi is free and works great. Breakfast is simple but very good.

I have been coming here for over 20 years it is my favorite hotel. I have travel to lots of places and stayed in fancy hotels, but I prefer everything about this hotel, because when I stay here it feels like home!!. Always!! The staff is always professional, friendly and helpful..

The ambiance of the facility it was my home away from home.

I do not like the policy about cleaning after 3 days stay. I would have like fresh towels each day and sheets change at least once in my short stay.

It is an airport hotel and it does the job very well. The transportation from and to the airport is an excellent option. The rooms are comfortable, I usually request the two bedroom apartment and it has a complete kitchen. Breakfast is also very good The staff is very nice and helpful.
