We stayed at the one bed suite with kitchenette and dishwasher, loved it. Wifi was great. Tv stations, with your netflix and youtube accounts you can watch via the TV, swimming pool. Washing machine available on the ground-floor would have loved it each suite though but still worked out. Very serene environment. Quite a distance from the city center about 21minutes but worth it for us.

Breakfast meal needs to be reviewed, if certain items finish before breakfast end time, they are not replaced. So you need to come early.

They raised my rate over $200 the last few days

Breakfast was delicious, quite a few options to choose from. Breakfast staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, sometimes I'd ask for something a little different or a specific fruit and they would help if they could. I was post-op & in tons of pain but they definitely gave me something to smile about each morning.

There was no smokers receptacles for the people who would lay out by the pool and smoke. Could definitely benefit from a few more pool loungers. Couldn't seem to get the room temp to register correctly.

Had to wait for over an hour to have an iron replaced, once done it was full of ants and had to take it back to front desk myself with the iron board to avoid ants infesting the room. Front desk was really helpful but housekeeping took another 40 mins to bring a new iron and board.... Pool could be better maintained and cleaned, specially during summer time

police came to our room knocking at 3am while my husband my kids and I were sleeping claiming disturbance in the room and it was not us not cool at all

The area was quiet.I booked an accessible room for my disabled spouse and it turned out to accommodate me as well because I am of a shorter stature.The height of everything (except the bed) was within reach for me.I have never been pleased with an accessible room until now!The breakfast spread was such a surprise and excellently delicious.My husband, who is critical about spending too much money on hotel stays, was very pleased with the price of the stay.

Overall, the suite could have been cleaned/smelled much better.The kitchen sink had an odor from the garbage disposal not being sanitized.The rooms and bathrooms didn't have a fresh deodorized smell which made the house cleaning appear rushed & not thorough.A few food items were in the refrigerator from a previous person.Also the height of the beds were EXTREMELY TOO high for an accessible room.The breakfast drink selection could have been better with a few more choices like cold brewed unsweet tea OR another type of juice(cranberry, grape or lemonade).

My room was an exceptional room with a full kitchen with cutlery pots and pans full refrigerator, which I was not expecting. The spaces were well defined. Complementary breakfast was a full breakfast buffet. I loved the hotel and my stay.

I requested washcloths for my second day. However, when i returned to my room, there were no towels. The beds weren't made, or the wet bath towel was not replaced.

I like the kitchen I could use it to cook a meal for my family and save some money and I like the refrigerator because it was very big and spacious and the city capacity was great. The staff was very welcoming. 

At the shower, hello pressure and the shower door wouldn’t close so those water Westy on the floor.

miss communication,i loss brand cárdigan and few thinks (snacks) we leave a the room since we go out to eat only because the staff have informed we leave that day but we dnt because we stuck for airlines problems we get it back the reservations I show the email and prove it’s paid Sunday to Tuesday

Rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was modern by US standard. Staff was nice especially the young receptionist that checked us in and out. Breakfast was nice as well. Obviously you need a car if you want to stay here, plenty of free parking available in premises.
