Hampton Inn Niceville-Elgin Air Force Base

The staff was very polite and helpful. I had an issue with my room and they quickly handled it. The room was ideal for my expectations. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Getting to Destine was good without much trouble

Nothing specific to the hotel but getting out of the parking lot and into the traffic took a little more time that I would have liked. Turning right was not a problem but turning left cause a bit of waiting.

The location was excellent and it was extremely quiet. We left each day to go into Destin and where the hotel was located it made the trip one of ease. The front desk personnel was on point from check-in to check-out. We were greeted coming and leaving. Karen even came to our room when the cable box needed to reset after the storm.

You guys rock and we will book again!

The hotel was much cleaner than many we have been to in the past. The breakfast host was the sweetest and the food was very exceptional and had a few different things to choose from. The people at the desk at checking were very nice. Over all would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

Convenient location. Classy. Very clean. Attention to details! Even the trash containers by the elevator had a stretched covering for esthetics. I was impressed. Thank you. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioner was perfect, not too noisy. Shampoo and coffee displays very attractive. Great window coverings too, like that the coffee was ready in the lobby 24 hours. Free water and cookies at check-in. Free apples and bananas in lobby. Very first class.

The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities. The hot breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The location was conveniently located close to Destin, The AFB, and Okaloosa Island.

The pillows and bed were not the most comfortable

Breakfast was great, I like that the hours accommodated our schedule. Very early on our first morning and later on the second.

I appreciate that you had 4 pillows on each queen bed, but the pillows should be of differing firmness. They were all squishy and provided very little support. That made my sleep much more restless than I had hoped for.

We slept in so I didn't have breakfast location was okay

Bathroom was smaller then the normal size that we were use to but I know you couldn't do anything about that of course. It's the way the hotel was built. Tried to sleep in and couldn't it was loud in the hallway and the people above us acted like they were having a party 😒 up there

The girl that worked in the buffet area was super nice. She went out of her way to make my husband and I something fresh when a gentlemen before us took most of the food. We later saw her in the laundry room. She was super nice and deserves something for being so kind when there is so much negativity in the world.

The guy at the front desk was rude. Didn't say hi, or anything. Just gave us our key and pointed us in the direction of the elevators.He didn't tell us where things were , what time breakfast was , or What time check was. Only said a couple words and went back to his little room.

Every everything was nice and fresh and hot. The coffee was good. The orange juice was good and the serving lady was very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like having the room next to the elevator it makes a lot of noise

Very quiet and kinda off the beaten path of hotels.. we really do enjoy the location...

Bed a little uncomfortable and refrigerator wasn't cold for our food.
