The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for working and rest. There are a couple of good restaurants outside the hotel but just a few steps away, and many other shops and restaurants nearby.

Keurig was a little wonky but worked after opening and closing three times (followed the instructions but it did not brew until the third go round). Desk staff were efficient at check in, not super friendly. At check out I requested a work receipt and was told it would be emailed “right away” but I haven’t received it yet.

Breakfast was not included, with the cost of the room. It should have been. I would have had to pay extra for it!!

Breakfast was not included with my stay. House keeper could have done better. Asked for vacuum the room was not done. I guess during my nearly week stay I guess the sheets does not get changed.

Location of The hotel is right smack dab in the middle of the city. So if you want to go to restaurants or other local eateries it’s all right there. All of the tourist attractions are 25 to 30 minutes away.

I can’t even give a negative comment on this everything about the Hilton was amazing from the manager, customer service the rooms everything was excellent I will refer to family and friends. It’s our go to hotel when we go to Florida. I’m sorry I didn’t get the opportunity to take pictures of the hotel everything was perfect.

Cleanliness, room and bed comfort, great black out window treatments, minimalist modern decor, great location. Kurig coffee maker was very good.

Very few food choices in the lobby store. Milk, juice, healthy muffins or bagels should have been available. I could have used one more mirror out in the room for natural light. A trash can for recyclables would be appreciated.

The hotel was very well located and very convenient to downtown Winter Park. The staff, especially Caleb at the bar/restaurant; Stephani & Michael from the front desk, and the other wait staff at the restaurant were all especially friendly and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast from the on-site restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nicely sized with a fridge, microwave & keurig in each room. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

It was very convenient for my class & for using the interstate. There were two excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The floor in my room was dirty. I asked to have it cleaned. However, it was not cleaned. In fact, I had no maid service at all.

We loved atmosphere that this Hotel has. Amazing and very helpful stuff always were on call and everything that needed was always provided to our family. Room was very clean, the lobby and fitness center as well. We were very pleased with our stay. We definitely will come back.👍

The location was within walking distance to Winter Park Village and another large mall for shopping essentials. Budget/Avis car rentals is across the street. The breakfast OMLETS were delicious!!! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

At times the A/C got a little noisy at night.

The comfort of the room, ease of access of the fitness center, and the staff made the stay pleasant.

The restaurant and food serving wasn't explained, and I wasn't sure how to get food at the hotel.
