Believe me when I say that it was indeed a family review that gave me that nudge to select this property. So read the reviews, they are important. Apparently, each booking allows you different access and different appliances in the room. The property was awesome with the activities. There were seven pools, we went to all seven. The water park was our favourite but based on our booking, required us paying USD20.00 per person per day. Reasonable, if you compare it to the price of the theme park, but costly if you are staying there beyond a week. For our safety if there is lightening, the waterpark and pools are closed. For fishing there was a $10.00 charge per person per day. It was wonderful that our VIP card gave us free access to tennis, paddle boat, basketball, miniature golf and the fitness centre. Drawback, children under 14 years old were not allowed in the fitness centre. We were told that there was no where inside the fitness centre that they could sit and watch their tablets, while we exercised. So that was a bummer, we missed out on our routine exercise. It was convenient that the Marketplace had food we could purchase, as well as gift items. Their rotisserie chicken was awesome. In our room we had dishes, utensils, microwave, medium size refrigerator, percolator, hair dryer, toaster. This was convenient, as we needed all this to prepare our choice of meals, salads, etc. Would have been awesome to have had a stove. Jacuzzi was awesome, shower amazing. Hot water in the showers was present any time of day. For transportation, the hotel called us a yellow cab. With so many buses driving around the property extending the courtesies to potential timeshare persons, would have been awesome to have had the option of paid shuttle service to and from the theme park and the airport. Overall, very suitable to families, With our 8 day stay, our room was cleaned only once, but we took out the trash daily, and we are a clean family, so this was not significant.

The condo was right in the middle of everything, food, entertainment an walking through the property was nice the views from the condo were awesome. The condo itself was great, very clean, spacious an comfy.

The lights after 11 pm in the condo were rough it was very bright.

Convenient area to Universal Studios which was our main goal. Nice rooms; comfortable bed. Modern and mostly clean. The private balconies are nice and especially in the building we were assigned on the backside of the property near the water (building 2300).

Not a warm welcome by staff but we got there eventually. Too much work on the faculty being around us all the time. Junky here and there (right outside our main elevator access the whole time, until our very last exit - this was off putting). Didn’t like at all that my room key shut off at 10:00am on the dot as we were leaving. Though that is the checkout time, we felt rushed and unappreciated with no grace for that time.

I liked that there was convenience of things to do activity’s, stores close near by , including one one site with many options for cooking with in the condos, major attractions close by , pools at each section , fire pits at night. The jacuzzi was perfect nice decent size. The view from the 6th floor was gorgeous. Even though unit was outdated I still would stay again for the view and the other good things

It was really out dated as far as interior in the apartment, wish the pools were not heated or able to be turned off because on hot days like we get in florida it was not refreshing. The bars closed too early or didn’t open at all in pool area. As well as you have to pay 25 each to get into the water park that’s onsite and can’t bring food in. Everything definitely is overpriced they have to think people are already paying so much on their stay and activities to pay for something that should be included and to get a quick bite.

Location was great. View was wonderful. Walk around the lake was nice. Close to amenities like the pool. Also, very close to the Seaworld, shopping and restaurants.

Blinds could have been better preventing sunlight too early in the morning. Also, the noise level was high when the restrooms were used by other members

the room was nice, loved the tub, the bed was comfortable. we enjoyed having so many options for the pool and hot tub. the balcony was completely screened in which was great so we could leave the door open for extended period without having to worry about bugs. great view of the lake. we like that they provided towels for the pool. there’s a store and restaurant on site plus lots of activities so you don’t even need to leave the property.

we didn’t like that the water park was an extra cost. we didn’t realize before arriving, it was not made super obvious before booking so that was a bit disappointing upon arrival. they also have 4 pontoon boats and every single one was broken and unable to be rented, which was also disappointing.

Location (this is on a side road, so you can avoid a lot of the heavy traffic from the Interstate), several pools on property & we had a pool within short walking distance; pickleball courts, maintenance available when needed; pet friendly, parking availability, sidewalk in front & behind condo, amenities, cookware & utensils, eateries. One toilet stopped up twice, but maintenance delivered plunger shortly after phone call.

Sprinkler would flood step outside of patio leaving puddle on one square of pavement (dog couldn't avoid it) & water would come into the enclosed patio area (very slippery) phone in room had a terrible connection (a lot of static); noisy neighbors in the middle of the night; no lights at pickleball courts; teenagers at the pool would use a lot of profanity & needed supervision & discipline, but none were around, so you just take your young kids & leave. One toilet in the room kept stopping up, but I think the problem was from another floor, since we were in the 1st floor.

It was a nice place. Clean and comfortable. Great for families

Our room was HOT. There's way too many golfcarts with employees that don't look where they're going because they're talking to other employees on them or they're on their phone. It was super annoying. And the parking lot is packed and narrow so it just didn't sit well with me. The water park is also 25$ per person which I wasn't aware of while booking and they make you pack up and leave the entire water park every time it rains whether you just got there or ordered food/drinks and sometimes it just has to be raining NEAR the park and not even there and they will boot everyone out.

Convenient location for Disney / Sea World / Universal. The pools were fun and plenty of them. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice view over the lake. We always found a close by parking space.

The noise was horrendous. The aircon units are clustered in bunches on the ground floor. The noise from them was constant and unrelenting. It was not possible to sit on the balcony. My apple watch noise function registered it as close to dangerous for prolonged periods. Its such a bad design, they could have been put at the back of the building, or on the roof, like everywhere else in the world. But they have been installed right in front of the balconies, where they render the view unusable and drown out any noise from nature. I would definitely come back, but only if I turned deaf or they moved the aircon somewhere else.

The resort was nice and location was great. Apartment was nice

Key cards didnt work as well, had to keep trying it for it work. Air conditioner was as great. And parking wasnt the best.
