breakfast was nice. nothing amazing but it didn't need to be. staff are really helpful. everything is super clean and neat. my room was really nice and i spent the majority of my time between the room and the lovely pool.

slow responses via email. as an international, i was unable to call regarding an issue with my booking and had to email. as it was, there was no issue when i got there but there was a lot of stress caused by the radio silence from the team.

The hotel is new. Great amenities and wonderful breakfast bar. Close to so many things. Check-in and out is digital. User friendly and overall a great experience.

Easy parking, large lobby and work area. Bathroom was very clean.

The rooms did not have good storage space. No draws to put items away. All open concept. Thought the rooms were a little bigger than the pictures led them to be.

Loved our stay here! All of the staff from front desk to cleaning team were all friendly and polite. The hotel is modern, new and clean. Our room was a very good size for the price and the hotel did the most important thing, which was to honour our request for a room on a high floor even though I booked this visit at the last minute. We were on the top floor, so did not have to worry about potential noise from guests above us. Thank you so much for honouring our request! The pool area was very nice. Nice size pool, clean area and there were rarely many people there, so it was very quiet. There is also a gym with a decent amount of equipment. There is a bar with happy hours and the lobby seating area is very large with different types of seating, so it has a nice relaxed vibe to it. You do have to pay for parking, but it's considerably cheaper than other hotels I looked at, plus there was always a space available. It was great to be only ten minutes drive away from Universal Studios, so we were able to easily drive in every morning to visit the park. We were so happy with our stay!

The Hotel was outstanding. Although the room was more on the smaller size, it was perfect for a couple. The room itself was spotless, shower was great, amenities were awesome, the staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night of sleep. The reception desk was friendly and very professional, willing to help. I loved the breakfast, the pancakes were the high point and the food options were very nice. Free coffee all day long was a plus and the little market was full of good options for a reasonable price. Parking was easy.

Maybe pay for self parking but it fairly cheap. Nothing else to add, keep on with the good work.

Everything looked clean and well maintained, breakfast bar was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and room service was fantastic! I also enjoyed how lively the main lobby was while still having plenty of quiet time to sleep, it all worked together to make for a very welcoming environment.

Any negatives would have to be really nitpicked, for example the pancake machine being a little slow for breakfast or that one of the elevators for maintenance kept coming down but wouldn’t scan your card and the TV having limited channels and limited streaming services. Beyond those minor issues there were no true negative experiences for me
